KEEP AWAY FROM THEIR APARTMENTS. APARTMENT 1 GROUND FLOOR!!! I had to leave the apartment in the middle of night due to there was ants and spiders coming out of the bedroom wall,theirs a big crack in the wall. They didn’t even refund me with my money,I had to check into another hotel in the middle of the night. I was so emotional and upset,
We had to book the place last minute due to flight interruptions at LHR … the place was readily available and accessible, check in process was easy however (a bit pricy given the high demand that day) … the apartment was clean and in close proximity to the airport… the only issue we had was the sofa bed! It was completely worn out and literally unusable and the mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on
My mum and I stayed for 10 days, the apartment was clean and tidy and complete with all required amenities. Great location with a parking space.Very quiet and safe. We have had a great time, there is a lovely park opposite for walks, local shop about a 3 min walk and the local Tesco only 5 mins in the car. I would definitely recommend an most definitely use again.
Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!
This is the best accommodation I have used in London. Easy to find, modern and spotless. We didn't want to leave. Everything has been thought of. Even Alex to inform you about local information etc. Massive comfortable beds and ensuite on bedroom 2 ensured no battles for the facilities
The good well furnished. Nice touches like paper towels, and complimentary washing machine pods. The bad, kitchen utensils are broken or missing. Toilet seat didn't fit well, and only one roll of toilet paper was supplied. Despite asking for single beds for our kids they were made up as a double, and no sheets to change to single, despite being informed that the were. Cleaner never got the message to supply sheets, we ran into them and asked on the third day.
