   Very disappointed with Arcadia, ship very dated, Adrian sold us a package that wasn't what we thought, told us a drinks package was included BUT no drinks package, we had to purchase on board which was 1600 pounds. Told us mixed ages but nobody under 75yrs. Every trip was so expensive unbelievable. My hair wash&blo cost £59 what a rip off. But he got his percentage . Never again

   We couldn’t recommend Adrian at Upton Travel more. When we were in America and our travel to the Carolinas was due to be impacted by a hurricane, he came into the office 3 hours early to try and sort out options for us, re-arranging flights, cancelling trains and sorting out additional hotel bookings - he was excellent. Never mind that he has a wide knowledge of travel destinations. Great service.

   Really rate this place. We have been using them for years. Adrian especially has fantastic knowledge and they are not much more expensive than online and you definitely will know what you are getting as Adrian has probably already been there!
