   Last year I booked a cruise through a different agency and it did not go well so I started looking to book my next cruise independently. I discovered that most cruise lines have websites that can be quite tricky to navigate so I decided I should find a really good agent that just specialises in cruises. By chance I discovered The Cruise Room and I've never looked back. I've already taken 4 cruises arranged by the team and everything went perfectly. I've since booked quite a few more and I know that every detail is checked and taken care of. Even when I've changed my mind and needed my bookings tweaking a little they always sort things for me. I don't actually live anywhere near their store so all my arrangements are done by phone and e-mail with no problems whatsoever. I was lucky enough to meet Jonathan, Robbie and Charmione in person a couple of months ago whilst on a ship visit and they were just as lovely as I imagined. The whole team are super helpful whenever I call. I would say, if you want someone to take care of all your trips then definitely give The Cruise Room a try. I won't ever use another company and I certainly won't try making my own bookings.

   A couple of years ago we were put onto the Cruise Room by 'The Potting Shed' who are also on the high street in Hoylake, having previously used online agencies, we had forgotten what true customer service is! Without going into detail they sorted out real mess left in our lap by the online agency. No fuss, no hassle just brilliant service. We have now travelled with them several times since and each time we have benefited from their wealth of experience and knowledge of the cruise lines and general cruising. They work within the budget you set and most importantly you are really looked after with no sales pressure whatsoever. A massive thanks to all the staff at the cruise room, so glad we found you!
