   This is a review of the New Years Eve event on 31/12/2025. This was our first nye at Brooklands. The booking system was very simple and in particular Ms Alyssa Crowder helpful in all respects and is a great Ambassador for the Hotel. We arrived at 7.00 pm by a misunderstanding which was earlier than scheduled, but we were greeted and seated in a lounge area. We were then directed to the very comfortable bar area where welcome bubbly and delicious canapés were very generously served. We then went in for Dinner , also a very comfortable area. There was live music which was very well received and popular and by the second course a real party atmosphere was in full swing, the serving staff were also joining in and were very pleasant and most attentive. The quality and standard of the entire four courses was excellent, with extra portions if one wanted.... So , the meal was absolutely first class and did not seem like mass catering. We then returned to the Bar and Conservatory area for the DJ set. The music choices were varied and the very pleasant DJ quickly responded to requests. The Golden Oldies tunes filled the floor , whereas the repetitive, bump - bump - bump club music got fewer dancers. We left at 1.15am having had a really fabulous time. So a big thank you to everyone at Brooklands!!!

   Spa experience was lovely! Clean, well maintained environment & helpful staff. Restaurant food was amazing & again staff were very helpful. Just one small drawback - shower in our room only remained hot for one shower, each time the hot water ran out & whoever went second had a cold shower :-(

   Another great time at the Spa yesterday. It was empty. We bought some treatments on our arrival, as they was doing a 50% discount. Why not. We both had a 50min himalayas salt massage, using hot stones. Bliss. I can definitely recommend it. Then we used the rest of facilities. Then afternoon cream tea. This was lovely too. We will definitely return. We used a voucher. The staff are lovely and nothing is an issue. Thank you to all the staff in spa

   I stayed at the Brooklands Hotel for the weekend and overall had a great experience. We arrived right at check-in time and found the property and parking very easily. The reception staff were welcoming, informative, and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and instantly comfortable. We went down for dinner at 7pm. The meal was enjoyable, my girlfriend had the hummus & pita which was really good, and I originally ordered the Beetroot Tartare. It wasn’t for me, but the staff were happy to change it to the Minestrone Soup, which I appreciated. If I return, I’d definitely go for the hummus & pita too. For mains, we had Fish & Chips with mushy peas and the Brooklands Buttermilk Chicken Burger both were excellent. Dessert was also great: Biscoff Cheesecake for me and Berry Crumble for my girlfriend. We ended the night with two glasses of Prosecco before heading back to our room. The next morning, we visited the spa. It was relaxing and clean, though a bit on the small side, we stayed for about two hours. Overall, a lovely stay with great food, friendly staff, and a comfortable room. Would happily return!

   I booked a stay at Brooklands Hotel for my wifes birthday and it was the best decision. She had an amazing time! The Spa within the hotel was second to none. All the treatments we had were some of the best we've ever had. We enjoyed cocktails in the outside Jacuzzi and relaxed in the steam room and sauna. All the facilities are clean and looked after very well. Dinner was amazing also. There was live music after dinner and they have a nice sized bar / lounge area where DJs and musicans perform. Olah, (she was the lovely lady at the front desk) was such a nice person. When we queued up to check-in, there were a couple of people in front of us and we could see how each person or couple that was checking in, was being treated like royalty by her. When you get treated special, the way Olah treated us, it makes all the difference. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much Olah, you made our weekend very special and my wife very happy for her birthday!

   Visiting Brooklands Hotel was a luxurious experience! From complimentary room upgrades to a Track Facing Deluxe Room with a view to late check-out, the hotel catered to all our needs and more. Their friendly staff members were available at every step to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. First and foremost, the room was literally perfect! From the rainfall shower with luxury bathroom products, the worlds most comfortable king size bed to the partial panoramic window overlooking Mercedes Benz World. Key things that really impressed me was the amount of mirrors, the amount of space in the room and the powerful water pressure when showering. The minor things I’d say that could be improved is the lighting by mirrors (as I found it difficult to do my makeup) and the mini fridge containing only 2 bottles of water and no snacks. We booked the Comfort Zone Facial and Back, Neck & Shoulder massage (even fell asleep during mine) to enjoy the perfect balance of pampering and relaxation. There were so many luxurious amenities to bring true peace of mind but our absolute favourite was the outdoor jacuzzi. 1907 Restaurant’s Inclusive 3 course dinner was the only downside as the options are extremely limited however, the food and ambiance was exquisite. The buffet breakfast also gave it extra brownie points. Highly recommended for couples looking for romantic weekend away, a girls/lads wellness trip or a solo self-love weekend with quality!

   Lovely rooms and a nice atmosphere, hotel takes elements of the history of the site and features them in the decor of the various lounges and rooms, food was good. Drinks prices were a little high but expected that. Good selection of spirits and whisky. Cocktails were also good and again a comprehensive selection with a few brooklands signature concoctions to choose from too. Would have been nice if there was a smoking terrace (I enjoy a cigar with my whisky) but just had to stand by the front door which wasn't ideal. Rooms were large and spotless with a great shower and very comfy king-size beds. Fantastic view of the Mercedes test track which was entertaining.

   We had a fantastic stay at the Brooklands hotel. The rooms are very nice, with plenty of space for our family, great restaurant with a very good menu and quality. The biggest plus is the staff, from the General Manager Marco to the rest of the staff, especially David and Ester. They do their best to make you feel at home, very nice people and professional, they even gifted our kids with hotel gadgets. We really appreciated your work and worm treatment and all our family are looking forward to seeing you soon. All the best, Valerio

   I’ve stayed here with my partner on three occasions for Christmas parties. We have stayed in suites each time and the rooms are fantastic, spacious and well equipped. Everything is clean, room service is quick and tasty although I would say portion sizes could be improved considering the cost. The beds are huge and super comfortable and the suite rooms generally have great views of the track. Breakfast selection is good with some great additions. Check in and out are efficient and staff are friendly.

   I visited Brooklands for my birthday weekend and was absolutely blown away by the service and treatment received. They made my stay so special and the attention to detail by staff was amazing. This is my first time visiting Brooklands since the pandemic and I'll definitely be returning for another Spa break sooner than I planned. I highly recommend to anyone to visit this hotel.
