Regularly stay here and always super happy with the overall package. Clean, spacious, friendly, breakfast good. Easy to get to Heathrow and leave car here as well. Highly recommend
Nice hotel and usually reasonably priced. There is a good executive lounge for platinum and above (great evening dinner options). The gym is well equipped. The staff are friendly. Good breakfast: great variety. Only small gripe is the £9.50 parky fee - usually this is wavered or discounted for platinum / titanium / VIP members at most of the other Delta’s that I have visited over the past year or two, but not here. Still would recommend and will probably stay here again.
From the moment I checked in until the time I checked out, my experience at Delta Hotel Windsor was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel valued. I had the pleasure of attending both a conference and a corporate Christmas party at the hotel, and the organization and atmosphere were outstanding. The event spaces were beautifully arranged, and the team ensured everything ran seamlessly. Spending the night at the hotel was equally delightful. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, offering the perfect retreat after a busy day of events. The food throughout my stay was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented, adding to the overall enjoyment. Delta Hotel Windsor truly exceeded expectations, combining professionalism with warmth. It’s a place I would happily return to, whether for business, celebrations, or simply a relaxing getaway.
The hotel was easy for us to find and we were warmly welcomed by a charming lady at the reception (I can only remember her name began with M). She helpfully suggested ways for us to book our short journey to the airport in the morning and gave us a lovely room (pictured). Room service dinner was the same price as eating downstairs, so we opted for that, and the bed was comfortable and the room temperature perfect. There’s a little shop in the hotel that sells small things you may have forgotten, like toothpaste (woops) and the long-stay parking was easy to sort, with multiple car parks available. You are given a piece of paper to display on your dashboard. Overall, a very comfortable and seamless stay.
The rooms are said to be renovated since 2023 but they are really very dated. The trend here seems to feel like the 90s. Insufficient power points, and furniture has a heavy and old feel with zero wow power. The exec lounge is faithful to deliver the basics but the chef appears to be diner level maybe to cater to a less fussy crowd as it seems most there were content. I must have a higher standard but the food quality and presentation were meh as I’m not there for alcoholic beverages. The furniture and setting of the exec lounge didn’t feel executive at all but I did feel that I was misled by Delta in Montreal who did so great and then I come here and got my heart dashed with the reality here. Breakfast was in the restaurant, and it offered all the basics you could yearn for and I dare say that it was good as the service was great there. Parking was at a reduced rate of 10 pounds per night, so no complaints there. Overall I would give it a 3 star.
Wonderful staff. Re routed here after original hotel overbooked. Staff went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed including welcome snacks after our long journey. Restaurant really good and Fiona was so lovely and helpful.
Really handy location for Heathrow Terminal 5. The hotel is massive and has plenty of parking. The all day parking rate isn't too bad either. The room was a good size but was very dated, especially considering the price. The chairs were stained and the over bed light was missing on 1 side. The lady who checked me in wasn't friendly at all. She clearly wanted to be doing something else. We tried to get a large coffee to take back to the room but they were out of large takeaway cups and really were not happy to let us take large cups back to the room. The checkout went smoothly. I wouldn't stay here again because it doesn't feel good value for money.
Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable ... Loved the idea of booking your taxi using the kiosk ... So you are not haggling the driver re: the price. They have a weighing scale next to the Taxi kiosk which is so thoughtful. It is a bit further away from the other airport hotels. Sadly getting there from the airport cost £45/- by taxi But getting to the airport in shared taxi costs £7/-
Had a lovely time at the hotel. Staff were very pleasant & helpful. Dinner & breakfast were delicious & the rooms had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend.
Staff were so helpful, welcoming and courteous. Our early morning call actually happened (not our experience in other hotels over the past year or two.,) Bar had a nice atmosphere and food was good value for price and service quick. Rooms very clean, comfortable and bathroom immaculate. Not too far from airport and car parking for over 15 days was good value. Felt car was secure.
