We used this hotel as a stop off into London car park was £16 for 36hrs? Pay at receptionist as better price was given or even better price if you down load the app hotel was very clean and had security 24/7 room was very clean and tidy. And my husband got breakfast for 4of us with the price being £75 ish was a great price for food and room!!
Rooms are as expected, clean, and simple but perfect for a budget stay before a flight. Arrived 8.30pm Christmas Day, booked a shuttle to T3, much cheaper than Uber (on our selected date and time) and extremely easy and efficient. Would use this hotel prior to a flight again if price was good.
Very Bad Experience – Completely Unacceptable This was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I strongly recommend ignoring this hotel. When I arrived for check-in with my wife, the hotel staff refused to accommodate us because my wife did not have her ID with her. According to my previous experience and knowledge, only the main person on the booking is required to provide an ID, which I did. Despite this, the staff refused to check us in. One of the managers even said they could give me a room but would not allow my wife to stay, which is completely unacceptable. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and the situation was very embarrassing for me in front of my family. I was deeply disappointed and emotionally distressed by how this was handled. I have used Booking.com many times before and have never faced such a situation anywhere else. Because of their refusal, I was forced to book another hotel at the last minute. This experience left a very negative impression on me, and I regret choosing this hotel. Overall, it was a terrible experience and something I will not forget. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Everyone were fantastic and special call outs to Elena and Semreen & surely the front desk including the security teams 24/7 are all super kind & fantastic & always with a smile…. Even amidst airline crew busy times or bank holidays or weekdays or weekend, the service is just great. I am grateful to have stayed here a week before flying out on Christmas Day of 2025 with a full happy heart and surely a big smile ! Thank you team…..
This hotel is really bad. My room smells of cigarettes or curry or both and there is no ventilation. The air con packed up completely. The whole hotel looks like in the pictures but without the Photoshop. This makes it dirty and rundown. They also advertise that rooms are cleaned every day and mine wasn't. Yes a cleaner attended just to put a tick but no towels or emptying bins. I asked for towels at reception and still waiting for them.. It is not at Heathrow T5 -as implied in ads - but a couple of stops before Slough. The worst part for me is that rooms have an internal door. Not sure if in every room. but both rooms I experienced had this internal door which made me feel unsafe and jump at every noise. And it is indeed noisy. Walls are like made from cardboard. It has totally ruined my stay. Avoid.
Pretty decent. The rooms were clean and tidy, the shower was nice and well organised. The restaurant food was pretty average and we were sadly interrupted by a fire alarm that necessitated the Fire Brigade coming to check things out, but overall it was good. Definitely a good place to stay if you need to get to Heathrow as the convenience alone was fantastic. The staff were outstanding, very friendly and helpful when needed. I don't know how frequently the alarms go off, so maybe consider bringing even a foil blanket or something if it's a common occurrence. Maybe. Overall, not bad at all. It's a bog standard three star hotel with nice enough rooms, great staff, decent cleanliness and adequate food. It will absolutely get the job done between home and the airport before you jet off on holiday.
This is based on our visit on one occasion. Our room was clean, tidy and everything worked. Breakfast was very good. Buffet style, both continental and English. Food stations were well spaced so even though the spacious dining area was busy, it never felt congested. What was lovely to see was several staff discretely circulating and a soon as a table became free they cleared everything and then thoroughly disinfected the surface. Again, the dining area was busy but there was more than enough seating. My only moan would be that our room was too warm for us and even with the aircon on all night it was a little uncomfortable. For what must be a busy Transit Hotel with a large throughput of people the Hotel was clean, tidy and the staff we saw all seemed smiling and well motivated. Pleasantly surprised and would certainly recommend.
This is a budget hotel and is a good one. We only stayed one night before flying from Heathrow but I'm sure most people will. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. The restaurant wasn't the best, quite basic, at most average. The staff were polite and helpful. Remember to book parking as it can get busy, easy access to airport. Would stay again
The hotel was a good choice and great value for money. The rooms were clean and looked well maintained. The attendees were nice (when not overwhelmed with new customers). There was a huge new guest traffic which I think means well for the hotel. The breakfast was standard English breakfast and was nice everyday. I did not have any negative experience all through my stay and for me I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay close to Heathrow or Slough region.
