We have booked many cruises in the past with Vision Cruise and been happy but this time not so much so. We had booked Premium Economy Flights for a cruise package leaving from Heathrow to Singapore and flying back from Hong Kong to Heathrow. At the time of booking we were advised that the flights may be indirect which was accepted. What we hadn’t expected was that on the return leg, the flights would include a 9 hour flight to Doha in Economy then Premium Economy to from Doha to Heathrow. When queried we were told that this was classed as an internal Premium Economy flight and that there wasn’t any Premium Economy seats on the aircraft so we would be travelling that leg in Economy. A 9 hour flight in Economy wasn’t what we had booked. When queried Vision Cruise blamed the airline and offered either more expensive flights with an additional cost for us to pay or another flight with a shorter time in Economy. Really disappointed with Vision cruise and it makes me wary of booking with them again.
Amazing service, they planned a bespoke holiday to Australia, new zealand and singapore with all flights, transfers, cruise and hotels. The hotels were well located and all transfers went smoothly

really helpful cruise specialist. Spent any hour refining what we wanted on a cruise, booking details etc and even found that having cruised with a particular company before my mother was eligible for a good reduction on given price. Very helpful staff and comfy environment to do the business in. Exceptionally pleased with our experience and booking.
