We have always found the travel advisors very helpful at this store, especially Stephen and Jane. At busy times, I would suggest that you arrange an appointment to see them.

We recently booked our long anticipated once in a lifetime holiday to the Maldives. Megan at the Liverpool branch was amazing -professional, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Nothing was too much trouble, she took lots of time to thoroughly explore all the options regarding different flights, accommodation types and drink and dining packages. We didn’t once feel rushed, and left very confident we’d got the perfect holiday for us. She had an upcoming visit to the same island, and promised to update us with photos of her experience via the company Instagram account, which felt like a lovely personal touch. Can’t recommend both Megan and the company highly enough. Five star experience (not forgetting the free bubbly and coffee!) and we’re sure the holiday will be everything we hope for and more x
Can't fault the service in the shop, disappointed that we didn't have a good experience with time share/ selling at the hotel they recommended to us at La Perla, Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. This was a holiday of a lifetime and so booked through Kuoni, as their reputation of being the best travel agent for high end holidays goes without saying. We were extremely unhappy with the constant attention of sales persons in the hotel. I've fed back to the manager at the store, who assured me this would be addressed. I'm awaiting the outcome of the company's investigation.
