Bianca's hotel is a very nice place to stay in the direct neighborhood of Heathrow Airport. The rooms are very quiet, as the hotel is located on a green with no street in the front or in the back. Access is easy as you can park your car at 100 yards and walk thr alley. The manager is,very helpful and can you give advice for your transport, shopping or business.

Avoid at All Costs – Misrepresented and Misleading This is not a hotel. It’s a poorly maintained private house in a residential neighborhood, falsely advertised as a boutique hotel with amenities like a pool, parking, restaurant, and concierge. We arrived to find none of that, just a smoky smell inside, a living room posing as a “lobby,” and not enough beds for our group despite confirming in advance. We were so uncomfortable and misled that we left within ten minutes. Thankfully, we didn’t meet the owner, but based on other reviews, it sounds like dodging that interaction was the only lucky part of our visit. Don’t Be Fooled by the Owner’s Replies The owner responds to critical reviews with long-winded defenses about government audits, Hilton referrals, and imaginary 10/10 ratings, but don’t be fooled, it’s all smoke and mirrors (literally). Other reviewers accurately describe the setup: it’s a normal dirty house, not a hotel, and many of the “amenities” are exaggerated or completely fabricated. Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment. Book a real hotel.

False Advertising Just Someone’s Dirty House This place is absolutely not what it claims to be. It’s not a hotel, not even close, it’s just someone’s house in a neighborhood, made to look like a boutique hotel online. No pool, no concierge, no restaurant, no parking, all of that was fake. When we arrived, we walked into a smoky, dirty house with a random living room being passed off as a “lobby.” The owner had left worn slippers by the door for guests to use, which honestly just made things feel even more unhygienic. The whole place felt uncomfortable and not properly cleaned. On top of that, there weren’t enough beds for our group, even though we confirmed it in advance. We left almost immediately. Didn’t even meet the owner, which, after reading other reviews, sounds like a blessing. Bottom line: this is not a hotel. It’s a misleading listing, and the defensive responses to bad reviews don’t change the reality. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere legit.

Not What Was Advertised Disappointing and Unclean Unfortunately, our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. It’s advertised as a boutique hotel with amenities like a pool, restaurant, parking, and concierge, but none of those existed. What we found instead was a private house in a residential neighborhood, not set up for guests in any professional sense. Inside, the house had a strong smoky smell, the living room was being used as a makeshift lobby, and there weren’t enough beds for our group, despite confirming details in advance. Cleanliness was also a major issue: the place felt dusty and neglected, and oddly, the owner had left used slippers at the front for guests to wear. It felt unclean and uncomfortable from the moment we stepped in. We made the decision to leave within 10 minutes. It simply wasn’t what was promised, and we didn’t feel good staying there. Reviews Reflect Reality Don’t Ignore Them Reading other reviews after the fact, we realized we weren’t alone in this experience. The owner’s responses to criticism are often defensive and full of claims that don’t match the reality on the ground. We strongly suggest booking a professionally managed hotel instead.

Deceptive Listing – Not a Hotel, Just a Dirty House Do not be misled by the photos or descriptions — this is not a boutique hotel. It’s a regular, run-down house in a residential neighborhood, falsely advertised with amenities like a pool, parking, restaurant, and concierge. None of those existed when we arrived. Instead, we walked into a smoky-smelling house with a cluttered living room pretending to be a “lobby,” no proper check-in, and not even enough beds for our confirmed group. To top it off, the owner had left used slippers at the entrance for guests to wear — which felt more unhygienic than helpful, especially given how dirty the place was overall. Floors were dusty, the space was unkempt, and it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. We were so uncomfortable and misled that we left within ten minutes. Fortunately, we didn’t meet the owner — based on other reviews, that may have been the only small blessing. Ignore the Owner’s Defensive Replies The owner’s responses to negative reviews are full of wild claims — from government audits to Hilton endorsements — none of which reflect the actual experience. This is not a hotel. It’s a private home with exaggerated and fabricated “amenities.” Other reviews tell the same story, and we wish we had listened. Spare yourself the frustration and book a real hotel.
