Such wonderful friendly staff that make you feel at ease straight away. So helpful regarding flights out of Liverpool to Alicanti. Helped finding flights and seat numbers. The young lady Penny was amazing and gave very good advice. Definitely will be using this Travel Agent again.
We were due to go to Jamaica to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary at the beginning of December. Obviously after the poor souls suffered the rage of the Hurricane the holiday was cancelled. So with it being so close to our departure we were very doubtful we could getaway, however. Thanks to Penny she was professional, knowledgeable and very understanding, Penny found us a great replacement to travel out and celebrate our 50th anniversary. We use TUI, frequently and they are always excellent.
All very good, went in and was helped by William. Did not intend to book anything at the time but with his help and obvious knowledge of the cruise I ended up booking there and then. Will let everyone of my experience after my holiday. Very satisfied with the outcome so far. Thank you William.

Excellent personal service with a high degree of professionalism from Sharon and her colleagues . We visited local Tui office to discuss a holiday we saw in the brochure and with time and courtesy shown to us we fully discussed our thoughts and requirements ,I am partially sighted after a stroke . All aspects of the holiday were thoroughly explained , price, times and options including booking airport hotel on outbound journey . Great experience , great personal service . We thoroughly enjoyed Porto Santo .
