Stayed at this hotel as a central point for lots of people to meet for a family event. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the welcome warm and helpful. In the evening, around 20 of us gathered to eat arriving at different times depending on journeys. The staff coped brilliantly, getting us all fed and smiling all the time. Highly recommended.

Rooms were great. No one on Reception a couple of times when we needed help, key card wouldn't let one of us access our room. Quickly resolved when receptionist appeared. Beefeater next door - we had poor service one evening, very slow service by a sullen, unfriendly even rude waitress. Everyone else was friendly, we were just unlucky. We had a show to get to, we did it by skin of our teeth despite having 1 hour 20 minutes to eat. Had to fetch our own menus at one point to try and hurry things up a bit. Food was good just let down by our waitress.

Great location when visiting oktober festival, can't hear the noice of the roads from the front which is good. Great to have a beef eater connected to the reception! Bad points: Alot of dance moms stay there which meant we had a kid dancing and jumping around in the room above us for 3 hours from 5am! Also the fire alarm went off for 20 seconds due to someone having their shower to hot!! Staff were friendly.

Great location ...easy to travel to other places ( in our case to National Trust properties) without getting snarled up in traffic and near enough to town centre to walk. Friendly staff, comfy bed, spacious room and a decent breakfast. Good cleanliness throughout. Plenty of parking. Would stay here again.

The room is very comfortable and cozy, I had a very good sleep. Breakfast offers great variety of foods, overall very high quality. Wifi is not good, though (too slow or not working on the second floor so I had to resort to my own mobile hot spot). Overall, recommended.

This place is no longer any way near a standard of Premier Inn of the past! Come to mention the Premier Inn, They don't at any of the overpriced hotel rooms clean your room unless asked and it's a 24 hr "request".. The heating is controlled by a main panel at reception meaning you don't have a constant temperature control for your room..

The only reason the room did not get five stars was a few little things that were evident but did not affect my stay. The ceiling above the air con showed black mould? And the clip on the toilet seat was missing but the seat worked just cosmetic. The room was big and there was a good quantity of coat hangers I did ask for more drinks and milk, staff was efficient. And pleasant and very helpful. Parking at night can be a bit tricky I came back late and all the spaces were full. I managed to squeeze in. Even though it was full the hotel was quiet.

The room was OK. A typical Premier Inn room really. Clean, with a great bed. However, all the decor is beginning to look a bit tired and this hotel could do with a spruce up fairly soon. What really let this location down was the state of the gents loos in the restaurant. One was out of action with a broken seat and the other had a loose seat, stunk of wee and mould and had no soap in the dispenser. I expect better from Premier in to be honest. On the up side, the staff were helpful and friendly

My dad and mom were regular guests at this Premier Inn as they would stay whenever my mom was having chemotherapy. Recently I stayed there with my dad after my mom passed away. The kindness, compassion and genuine care shown by all the staff from the reception team to the restaurant team was nothing short of incredible. We would like to thank all the staff at Premier Inn Guildford North Parkway for every single kindness you showed us, including the beautiful card you gave my dad. If you are considering staying here I can say with confidence the staff genuinely care you have a good stay and they will ALWAYS go the extra mile for you!!
