Mould, 0 ventilation, no overall cleanliness and the staff; especially the short chubby black haired girl at the front desk is malicious over the fact we had requested a room that was not covered in dust and instead of cooperating went down the route of creating a false report about our baby’s welfare. This is currently an ongoing investigation and such false police reports should never be taken lightly, so I hope you learn your lesson. :)

Rooms were simply furnished and offered all that we needed for an overnight stay. Additional pillows were provided upon request. Helpful polite and efficient service from all staff that we met. The location a few hundred metres from the town centre was Ideal and parking was free!

Room was clean. Staff all very helpful. Breakfast in the separate facility on site was very good. Plenty of choice and our breakfast order on the second and third days was taken by Kirsty who was very attentive and friendly. The housekeeping staff were lovely and provided extra towels etc. when required. Plenty of car parking on site. Very enjoyable stay.

Arrived at 14.30 for check in for 15.00 room was not ready unless I payed £15 for early arrival. so waited in the carpark for 30 min The room was clean and well presented and comfortable beds nice re fit since I was there last. Couldn't use the kettle In the room as there was limescale bits inside. Very hot in the night there was a fan in the room so not to bad. nice stay to be fair. Breakfast was OK £10.99 unlimited per person. Coffee machine was playing up so disappointed. All in all for the money it was OK and would return.

I'll be honest its probably the worst premier inn we've stayed in. The rooms were lovely, but the grounds surrounding it was so tired, litter everywhere which was a shame. The rooms were soooo hot it was quite horrible especially getting ready for an occasion. I would suggest booking a hotel with air con in summer. The room was clean and beds comfy the only thing I would say is the sink was full of gunk like it had not been cleaned for a while. The pub also was so tired, the toilets smelt dreadful even my 5 year old said hold your breath mummy it stinks In here yuk! The breakfast service was slow but was down to just one man manning it doing his best. I believe the pub is going to be renovated, it needs to be.

The only positive was super close proximity to the hospital I was attending for an operation. The guy on reception questioned why I needed a taxi! It's only a 5 minute walk....I was having a hip replacement. I said I can't walk which was obvious. So rude!!! The taxi was £8 for literally 2 minute drive. my room stank, the heating didn't work so it had an oil filled radiator. Bathroom was also smelly and floor was dirty. The only positive was the comfy bed. The brewers fayre next door was appalling. They took our money and order then half an hour later said the chef had walked out, left to pick his kids up. My husband left on his 4 hour drive home without eating. Got a refund and came back at 6 to try again. I ordered chicken light wrap. It was disgusting. The chips were burnt, hard and cold. The goujons were so burnt they were inedible, the toast had no butter on it but loads of gherkins!! I hate gherkins. My pudding of apple Betty & custard was scalding and microwaved to death, again inedible. The guy took it all away and didn't even ask why I didn't eat it. So I left the lot and returned to my nasty room. Nill by mouth from 7pm rather than midnight. £123 for that!! I do not recommend, it was entirely dreadful I can see it from my hospital bed, it's literally across the tennis courts. If you're thinking of staying here because it's close to Epsom general, I would think again. It's a dump

The hotel is a little tired and scruffy but certainly clean and well serviced. I expected it to be quite noisy at this time of year (Christmas party season) but had a very peaceful stay.

One of the poorer Premier Inn hotels I have frequented. Bathroom razor left in shower on top of disgusting soap dispenser, toilet flush very poor. Floor under sink felt like you were going to fall through, there must have been a water leak and wasn't repaired properly. Premier Inn need to get rid of those stupid tissue dispensers instead of a toilet roll, this is a hotel not a service station. The restaurant next door is also very poor.

Good room, good restaurant, booking in was an absolute nightmare, but he was left alone on his first his first day when the place was fully booked - not his fault, but atrocious management. The free wifi is deliberately useless, so they can sting you £5 for 24 hours of Premium wifi. 4g was better

Lovely clean, comfortable, quiet and well-run Premier Inn! I cannot praise all the staff highly enough - both in the hotel and the Brewer's Fayre next door - for their helpfulness, politeness and professionalism, especially Judith on Reception. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and great value for families with the kids eat free deal :-) You won't be disappointed here - do give it try!
