   Due to an issue with a different booking, booked this last minute. Despite late booking, and a small stress with checkin requirements (id and damage deposit), was able to access property with electronic key. Flat was Clean and spacious and well provisioned in kitchen. 15 minutes from Watford Junction so easy to get bus to Harry Potter World, and overland to London (tube strike didn’t impact us). Citipark nearby - 5 minute walk - offered parking at £10 a day - bargain. Areas for improvement: broadband was patchy first day or so but it did improve; shower in bath was difficult to exit - high side and slippy - bath mat or grips on bath would help; fan provided was noisy so couldn’t be used. Just niggles though. Would stay again.

   Amazing service from michelle. When i needed anything, alway there to help and the support and loved showed with our situation was amazing. Apartment was clean, all the facilities were there to use, up to date kitchen, rooms and bathroom. Only issue was parking but manage to sort it out. Overall Michelle has been an amazing and so considerate. Wish her all the best.

   I had a wonderful stay at this property. Comfortable, Clean, with a high end Luxurious feel, and lots of Classy detail - which separates this Beautiful Home from others. Host was very communicative & helpful, self check in very convenient. Great location with convenience to local shops, restaurants & train stations. I look forward to staying here again!

   We are a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children) that stayed for about 6 months Modernview Serviced Accommodation 2 bed Executive apartment - Cassio. The apartments are fully furnished, well equipped and had everything we needed like washer dryer, toaster, kettle and oven. The Apartment was Super Clean, Serviced regularly by a professional housekeeper. The apartment was extremely cozy and comfortable for me and my family, we felt very much at home. Lots of things to do in and around Watford, We visited Harry Porter Leavesden Studios about 10 minutes drive away, also Central London was only 20 minutes by overland train. The apartment is close to amenities, the high street just a few minutes walk away, lots of restaurants and nice local shops. Staff were very supportive and went an extra mile to ensure we were well settled and comfortable! Would definitely recommend staying!

   My Friends and I Stayed in Modernview Serviced Accommodation - and we had an amazing time! The apartments are stunning and in great location - Central Watford - we felt safe and spoilt for choice for restaurants and shops around us! The accommodation was good value for money with high standards of luxury! Our rooms were spotlessly clean, beds were of great quality and very very comfy! The host is polite and helpful, responded to our questions very quickly. Would highly recommend!!

   The host was always available. the apartment was clean and had all the adequate amenities from kitchen ware to toiletries.    I stayed at this Modernview Apartment for three months as I moved from the USA to the UK. It was an exceptionally pleasant experience. The apartment is very modern, clean and in a quiet building. Staff is very responsive even off-hours and through the weekends. Within a five minute walk I was smack in the center of Watford with all the restaurants and shops. I would very much recommend this place and commend the staff for their outstanding performance.

   The place was excellent - neat and spacious and has all the utilities you will need. The locations is surrounded by shops, restaurants and not too far from central London. The staff were very responsive and were available on the phone or via whatsapp for any questions I had. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay there again.
