   I just loved it. Right from the word go our driver and guide Shelly was spot on. She navigated us throughout the way with her diligent story telling and about the history of Wales and more importantly we liked her choice of music that she played us in between some moments of lull for us to keep engaged. I had a good fellow travellers as few of them became my friends and we had a nice time together. The weather, to me was splendid though it was raining and cloudy but that actually gave Northern Wales the outstanding beauty one would expect. We said Wowww! not just once but many times.

   My family and I had a wonderful busy bus tour of northern Wales yesterday. The scenery was jaw-dropping. We were given ample time at stops to do some exploring without having enough time to get bored. Our guide, Gerry (apologies if misspelled) was knowledgeable, witty and personable. His jovial demeanor made the tour even that more delightful. Thanks so much, from the Black Sheep winning team :)

   What a great day out which I would recommend to anyone thinking about booking. Lee was a fantastic guide/(safe) driver for our North Wales trip who made the day extra special. His knowledge is outstanding, he adds extras to keep you involved in the trip, brings an excellent sense of humour and, if you are lucky, you will get to listen to some of his music mixes too. The scenery, views and stops were beautiful so there are lots of opportunities for memories and photos. Just a top way to spend a day.

   We went on two tours with busy bus in November 2022 and really enjoyed both day trips. Shelly was our guide both days and she was fantastic, provided an entertaining and informative commentary during the day. The web site stated a jolly guide will be provided and Shelly fitted this description precisely. Shelly was very helpful and friendly and ensured we had a great days of exploring he lakes district and Wales. We saw a great range of sites both days and did not feel rushed as we travelled along. We had time to explore, eat and attend some shopping for souvenirs. I would travel with this company again, both day trip we attended were great value and lots of fun was had.

   First I never give 5 stars. North Wales was a great choice my daughter booked. Stuart was amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. The area is beautiful but wish we could have spent more time in Llandudno. I told Stuart I want to retire there. Would easily recommend this trip.
