   It was a great experience staying there. We are 3 times returning customer. We love going back to this hotel. The staff are great and so helpful. The chef Cerane helped us carry our luggage upstairs as we had too many bags and the waitress Maria was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for the staff and service that it offers

   We were greeted by a beautiful, clean exterior and a peaceful residential setting. There’s no on-site parking, but free street parking nearby was easy to find. The lobby was spotless and tastefully decorated, setting the tone for the rest of the property. Tom welcomed us warmly and showed us to our ground-floor room — ideal for us, though very compact. There was little space for luggage or storage, and no bedside lights, which made evenings slightly inconvenient. Breakfast was excellent, served by the lovely Alana, whose customer service was outstanding. She and Cassie worked brilliantly together during a busy morning. My Eggs Benedict was delicious, and my mum loved her Full English. Overall, a pleasant stay with great hospitality. I’d return, knowing the rooms are small but the team’s warmth and care make all the difference.

   Excellent service! Requested for an early breakfast for my son as he had an exam. Maria and Serani were extremely helpful and went out of the way to help us! Really enjoyed the stay, the service was exceptional. The staff is genuinely keen to help.

   Left feedback on another site. Came at the weekend with partner and his daughter all the way from Scotland, to see Stray Kids. Great hotel and great, friendly staff. So polite. As commented before, compliments to the chef for a wonderful breakfast. Was absolutely delicious!

   Room was ok, but when we went for breakfast, was told you’ll have to wait, in a rude manner. They shouldn’t offer this service, if they don’t have enough staff. So we left and went somewhere else for breakfast.

   It is a very clean and beautiful hotel with modern rooms, a good Restaurant and very friendly staff. Unfortunatly a bit far from any POI, but a bus station is nearby. Hope to be back soon

   Stayed here for just 1 night. Everything about this hotel is lovely. Rooms are well designed and have some amazing features such as the electric blinds and a brilliant shower room bar and restaurant is good value. Staff are friendly and helpful..the breakfast was excellent really good quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. Only point to be aware of is we booked for me and my wife and 11 year old. The room and the hotel don't provide a bed for children. It does say this is the case in the hotel description..so we made do. Just not ideal if you have a child staying with you and your expected to share the bed. A child is classed as 16 and under. side from that this was a great find and I highly recommend it.. Front of house staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful.

   The service and overall spirit of the hotel was perfect. The food was really good specially the gravy in the pie and mach. I really liked the feeling of fitting in as it was a small hotell. The room was a bit drafty and and i personally don't like the full carpet. Steap stears.

   Very very friendly staff, rooms and Hotel are extremely clean - I saw them eaning all the timing. Breakfast is perfect - super recomanded. The location was good for me, but I was with a rented car, so free parking is available was important for me.
