Upon arriving at the apartment around 7 p.m., I was shocked to find a room that was dirty and completely neglected. There was visible mold on the walls, as well as hazardous areas on the floor, under the radiator, and in the bathroom. These issues were not only unhygienic but also potentially dangerous, especially for my 8-month-old baby who was staying with me. I had informed the owner in advance about the baby, so that a baby cot would be provided. The baby cot that was offered was also in terrible condition: dirty, stained, and with signs of mold, making it entirely unsuitable for use. Because of the overall condition of the apartment, I had no choice but to leave immediately and find another place to stay for the night. When the owner came to the property, he did not dispute anything I pointed out; he simply said, “OK, you can cancel if you want,” without offering an apology or any alternative solution, because he knew that he will now loose his money, as the booking was not refundable. The experience was disappointing and did not meet the expectations one would have when booking through Booking. Don't choose this apartment for no reason

Dirty, smelly, and in disrepair. Loud guests in nearby rooms kept making noise late into the night. The so-called bathroom was filthy, with everything broken or poorly maintained. The kitchen—if it can be called that—was dirty and completely lacking basic utensils. The bed linen was stained and covered in hair. Without doubt, the worst place I have ever stayed. Do not book here.

I've spent a lot of time traveling throughout Europe and this was the loudest accommodation I've ever stayed at. People were up at random hours of the night talking loudly and yelling at each other. We also didn't feel safe here because the locks didn't work very well and someone literally tried to enter our room at 5am... My husband and I woke up to someone opening the door which we thought was locked and I guess they realized we noticed them because they quickly closed it. Also our room had ants. Seriously do not stay here.

This is the worst property I have ever been to or seen. It's absolutely disgusting and run down and dirty. Between the company and Bookings.com they are completely misleading the public, between the two of them there is no truth at all. The room has a horrible smell, there is damp and mould in the kitchen, the kitchen cupboard is broken as well as the so called cupboard. The owner is the most unfriendly person you will ever meet, he charges whatever he wants, more than whats stated on both his and Bookings.com websites. The entrance hall is disgustingly dirty I don't think it's ever been cleaned. The location is terrible and property both inside and outside is terribly neglected and horrible. DON'T EVER GO THERE, STAY AWAY. It's not value for money at all and you will be extremely disappointed and horrified. The worst so called accommodation there is out there. Please avoid this terrible accommodation. There are pictures for you to see.

Price/ value very good. Location good v close to tube and overground. Clean, good, excellent in bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen facilities good Broadband fair. Room temperature perfect. Communication with manager, excellent. Negatives. Don’t let the front door put you off! Rooms dated, but are refurbished as well as they can get. Sound proofing, virtually non existent. Can hear everything on the stairway ( room door very poor sound proofing, demonstrated by light shining thro the door gaps) The wall between room 10 and room 9 built very cheaply, again one can hear conversations, water pumps, heaters, chairs, toilet flushes, showers, everything. So I can recommend the place if you sleep with ear plugs.

I had some issues at check in (entirely my fault, didn't realize it was self check in. You need a code to access the front door, and I wasn't paying attention to my emails to receive said code). Apart from that, the location was good. 30 minutes by underground to anywhere I wanted to go in the city, and a very short walk to get there. There was a fair selection of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, within walking distance (maybe 500 meters) My biggest two complaints would be the very thin walls. A couple in the room next to me woke me up at 7am with some... Enthusiastic activities. Good for you, you're on vacation, but I want to sleep in! The second in that some things were broken in the apartment, like the shower door was not attached entirely, and didn't seal with it's frame, and the wardrobe was a little wobbly. All of my staff interactions were positive though. I would start again, especially if they did some minor repairs.

Well, the place is definitely not as good as in the pictures. The room was small, bathroom even smaller, although all the necessities were there. The owner was nice and unproblematic. In contrast to previous opinions the cleaniness was ok, especially towels and beddings were clean or even new. Overall, I would probably say you get what you pay for, it's good enough for quick visit to London

The man who works there was harassing me indirectly when I moved out and during waiting of Uber to picked me up. I felt uncomfortable from his unprofessional and unacceptable behaviours. I never recommend this place to anybody.

Sheets were stained, very small restroom. Very old & not much clean. We tolerated just for one night.

The bed was comfortable.Booked via Booking.con and the description on there is not what you get. Cold water from the sinks, faulty electrics and missing facilities, broken mirror, dirty drinking glasses, broken shower door, shower controls that you have to turn to the off position when the light is on for it to work. I would avoid at all costs.
