    I took home insurance out last March and never received confirmation or any documentation. I have proof of payment and later emailed to follow all of this up but still haven’t had a reply.

    Price is Cheap, BUT Customer care is absolutely Rubbish. 0 star* if posable. Overseas call centre, and maybe 1 in the UK office who don't want answer call, Got passed from one adviser to another being put on hold for 37 minutes. Then being told passing you over to another, Just TO UPDATE A POLICY!!!!.. cancelled policy and went with another broker for the sake of £20, the number called ends 7601
