   Affordable, but outdated. I think very few people will be able to claim accident insurance payments from this company. The first step is having stayed in hospital for more than three nights. Many hospitals now discharge patients as quickly as possible. I had a car accident and suffered fractures to my sternum and a back bone. I also had organ damage. I was discharged after three nights as there was no treatment other than rest and natural healing. I then had to have 12 weeks off work, receiving only SSP. I received nothing from Avon, after paying for the policy for many years.

   Lovely space, great drinks (including dairy free) and great snacks. We only went in for coffee, but couldn't resist getting a snack. On a sunny day, it felt like being on holiday. Meals other people were having looked really good too and the staff were lovely.

   Highly unprofessional, unhelpful did not pay out taking up with ombudsman would give 0 star. Policy not fit for purpose yet still took premiums for years then halved the benefit and still did not pay out do not use
