   The company is well represented by my mortgage advisor Hyat Alam, I recently remortgaged my property, I must say Hyat has made the process look easy. My case was complicated. Previously with a specialist lender now with high Street. I want to point out how this gentleman always remained professional he always followed up with his appointment and has been honest throughout the process. I've never met or dealt with this adviser but he's serious work. Hyat even answed my calls out of work hours. I can tell how passionate he is about his job. mortgage 1st, he needs a payrise or a promotion. Keep hold of this guy. This review is an honest opinion and even if the mortgage didn't go through I would only have positive things to say about him.. Thank you.

   I have used Mortgage 1st since purchasing my first house in 2016. Since the initial purchase mortgage 1st have helped with 2 re-mortgages and are currently helping with the sale of my current property and purchase of a new one. I have dealt mostly with Nikki and she is an absolute superstar, she is extremely friendly and approachable whilst maintaining the expected level of professionalism. Nikki and mortgage 1st remove all of the stress and worry that comes with obtaining a mortgage and ensure it goes as smoothly as possible. I will forever use mortgage first for all of my mortgage dealings!

   My financial advisor was Carl Robbins and he was fantastic, really good advice and very knowledgeable in his field. He made the mortgage application process as smooth as it could have been, covid did cause a few issues however Carl helped me overcome these. Would no doubt recommend mortgage 1st.

   Have had a great start-to-finish experience with Mortgage 1st. Our first port of call was with Andy who reviewed our initial case. He was so helpful with any questions and assisted us over a couple of weeks. He transferred us to Imran who specialised in cases such as our own. Having both been self-employed our situation was more complex than some. He knew exactly how and where to approach to successfully obtain our mortgage in principle and made the impossible a reality. Imran was quick and efficient with communication throughout and both him and his processing team were always on hand with their high level of knowledge and to ensure we were always kept up to date. They succeeded with a mortgage offer and I can honestly say using a broker has been worth its weight in gold. Thank you – would highly recommend to anyone and will 100% use again.
