   We had another lovely stay at this family-run, friendly hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well looked after, and it’s perfectly located close to local amenities. We stay here often as a family when visiting relatives, and it’s exactly what you need for a comfortable stop-over. A special mention must go to Sherwyn and the housekeeping team — the care and kindness they showed us was exceptional. We accidentally left behind my son’s precious blanket (which he absolutely adores), and they truly went above and beyond to help get it back to us so quickly. We were incredibly impressed by the effort and support they showed. Thank you so much — exceptional service and highly recommended.

   Great location. Maximum 15-20 minutes on train to central London. Staff communication been great and was greeted very nicely. I stayed in a single solo bed bedroom and thought it was cosy. Would definitely recommend !!!

   Nice hotel. Clean, tidy, and very friendly and warm service. Close to amenities, and parking is a good addition. My room was in the basement, again well presented, only constructive feedback would be could do with a few DIY jobs, a little bit of TLC. But overall would stay here again no problem.

   I booked this location on Booking.com and was pleasantly surprised. Well situated and a short walk to Beckenham Junction station. Nice garden and a fair continental breakfast. The host was very helpful to accommodate my early check in after arriving on an early flight. They were also excellent with their communication via the app. Well done and keep it up.

   The hotel is positioned in a great location close to the train station. My room was clean and a nice size on the lower level. View out of the window of the garden. The bed was comfortable. The shower cubicle was a decent size, however, there were some tiny black mould stains on the grouting and in the corners, this let the shower room down a bit. The shower door wasn't connected to the runner at the bottom of the door and this made it harder to open. Breakfast was continental style. Plenty of rolls and pastries. The price for an overnight stay was fairly priced. If I'm in the area again I would consider staying there again.

   Me and my auntie booked here for 2 nights and paid £243. The staff was helpful and flexible. However the shower head in our bathroom was literally falling off once I touch on it. I called for the reception to tell them what happened and they said the can not find some one to fix it. I understand that it take a while and quite hard to get an repairer in new year time. I talked to a receptionist face to face and he said only think they can do that we have to go into an different room to take a bath and come back our room to stay. I can’t understand why do I have to do it. So we can’t take a shower for 2 day. Really Unsatisfield!!!

   This was my favourite place to stay on our holiday to the UK. So much so that I came back for the last two nights, in order to prepare for the long flight home. Friendly, happy staff who run a clean and homely place to stay. Walking distance to anything one could possibly need, with Beckenham being one of the more relaxed towns that I visited. I couldn't have asked for more, I hope that one day I'll return.

   Have stayed here a couple of times and enjoyed both of them. Lovely staff, nice room, warm, quiet and clean. Breakfast was really nice, lots of choice and fresh fruit, good coffee. Off Street parking and excellent location, close to Beckenham Junction for train, tram and buses. Will stay again :-). Thank you!
