I visited this hotel with my friends and family to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Our room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. They really made us feel at home, and we appreciated everything. We would love to come back!
Excellent stay. The hotel is very comfortable, with a cosy atmosphere that makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Everything was clean, well organised and well maintained. A special mention to the staff, especially Ruel, who is very kind and always polite, and Telma, who was extremely helpful. Being Brazilian as well, she made communication much easier and provided great support throughout the stay. Both were professional and welcoming, which made a real difference. Overall, a great experience and a hotel I would gladly recommend and return to.
A 1 night stay here, a nice modern hotel with friendly staff, especially Adela who checked on me to see if everything was OK with my stay, and that breakfast was good. Lovely quiet room and comfortable bed and pillows. Nice to have Dove branded toiletries in the bathroom as well. Recommended
We were so impressed of the staff, the reception lady checked us in early. The breakfast is amazing, overall the foods are so fresh and delicious. Adela was so kind to assist us about collecting our car from nearby mall where we parked. The hotel has a strategic location, it’s surrounded with good restaurants. HOTEL IS CLOSED AND THEY WONT TELL YOU UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE! System allows to make bookings and accepts payments, but they will cancel your reservations days after
Stayed here in 2006. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was very clean. Warning to other Americans, the room size is a lot smaller than what we're used to, but, from what I'm told, pretty typical in England.
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and informative. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean, with the comfortable bed.. i got tired of eating toast and beans every morning though since I had to forego the sausage. Don't eat pig in any form. Thank goodness there are a variety of eating place and shops nearby.
Had to book two rooms last minute due to finding our AirBnB room was absolutely disgusting, having travelled down for a family funeral. Leah from reception was great, really helpful and accommodating, fitting us in and sorting requests for extra towels, blankets and a heater. On the whole, customer service has been brilliant. Can't fault the team (only two visible members of staff - working very hard). Credit to the chain and their hotel. Cant thank them enough
My experience at this hotel was okay until we experienced bed bugs. We were on vacation at this hotel from Oct 15-28, 2018. The front desk and dining staff were great. However, the managerial staff was the worst. When we reported the incident to the manager, I expected the manager would change the room. That did not happen. He told us he would comp the room, then later told us he didn’t tell us that because that decision is above his pay grade. Obviously he never reported the incident to the General Manager or Senior Manager of the hotel. We have contacted the Corporate office, was given a case number and was told we would be contacted within 24-48 hours. We have yet to be contacted. This is totally unacceptable. At the beginning of our stay we noticed that the sheets had not been changed by the cleaning staff. We also noticed that they did not vacuum the rooms on a daily basis until we went to the front desk to ask that it be done. Staying at a hotel for 13 days is a long time and not having the rooms cleaned properly is a health risk. From reading other reviews, I do agree that the carpets are very dirty and need thorough cleaning. I hope that this hotel has clearly taken the bed bug incident seriously by properly stripping down the room and adjacent rooms that could be affected so that no other guest or guests are subjected to this unsanitary foolishness.
