   This is the first time we booked with Panache and we saw the cruise deal while ending another cruise in Istanbul. From the initial enquiry to finalising the booking a few days later nothing was to much trouble for Rob our cruise connoisseur . Being on a cruise at the time I enquired, I only wanted contact by email, not by phone initially and this was accommodated with out any problems. The package we wanted tailored to add additional days at the start of the cruise and again was adjusted to meet our needs. We felt like we were Robs only customer and nothing was to much trouble, The paper work we received was very clear and set out all the flights transfers to hotels ,the cruise ship and back to the hotel and final transfer to flight home which we really appreciated how clearly it was all set out. Although this was our first experience with using Panache we think it may not be our last!

   I don’t ever write reviews, but feel that Rob at Panache cruises deserves a mention… he has just helped us book a cruise , consulting with us throughout the day until he was able to secure a cabin for us , and an upgrade into the bargain!! Highly recommend Rob, he’s very knowledgeable, helpful and really gave the personal touch and of course Panache cruises…thank you
