   I recently had two physiotherapy sessions with Jerome and I couldn’t recommend him enough. It was my first time ever seeing a physio and he completely put me at ease from the moment I walked in. He explained everything clearly throughout so I always understood what he was doing and why. Having someone break it down in a way that made sense was so reassuring. He also gave me some great exercises to work on at home, which have already made a real difference. Both sessions were really effective, and I left feeling much more confident about what was going on and how to improve it.

   Iv been seeing Jerome for a few years now for many reasons, issues from my body being abused from work (bricklaying) and play (motocross bone breaks) over the years. I recently have been to Jerome regarding a scapular break through a biking accident I was fobbed off with NHS to come back in 6 weeks after the break was discovered on an X- ray. I payed for my own MRI scan which confirmed no serious damage or rotator cuff damage. Then Jerome went to work on me. I'm fully mobile and using my arm. It's been two weeks two days since my fracture! I cannot recommend this treatment enough whether it be sports injuries or work related. Plus he is an incredibly friendly, helpful and approachable man that really listens to you and your body and knows exactly what it needs.

   Jerome is amazing, he explains things throughly and is very explicit and goes into great detail. I had acupuncture in my left hip, thigh & calf to reduce stiffness/tightness, which has relieved my knee pain. I am determined to follow Jerome’s recommendations on exercising my leg muscles which in turn will improve the strain on my “knackered” knee.

   I first saw Jerome a number of years ago when I had a severe spasm in my back. He was able to sort the issue quickly over a couple of sessions, I have seen him regularly since to keep on top of any niggles - he as also treated other members of my family of all ages and genders. He is not only a very talented physiotherapist but also a great guy who is expert at putting patients at ease. I wouldn't use anyone else, and nor should you!

   I was recommended to Jerome & I’m so glad I was! After breaking my hip I was having some pain in my hip down to the knee, Jerome hasn’t only helped the pain with acupuncture & exercises he has made me understand what is going on within the body what muscles are tight/recovering causing the pain. Would highly recommended Jerome lovely man with a lot of knowledge!
