Safe, clean and comfortable rooms. No desks on room though if you need to work - so I worked in the dining room after breakfast was done. You have to order breakfast- but I preferred to walk to the cafés in town for a nice coffee. Perfect walking distance to Bromley North shops. Staff were friendly and helpful.

quite disappointed by our stay here. it cost us £160 for 2 nights. negatives - no lifts, stank of weed whilst we were there. no AC. our bathroom was inside a closet with saloon doors so no real privacy if you’re with someone. TMI but i wasn’t able to use the toilet properly the whole time we were there because i felt shy. one of the light switches didn’t work. none of the lamps had working bulbs. the front door lock was really awkward and took a load of jiggling around to get it open. the shower had a leak so it was squirting out of one side aggressively and it ended up wetting my whole head even though i was just trying to take a body shower. felt uncomfortable in the shower though because if someone is sitting on the bed they can definitely see through the saloon door. really strange design. if you’re going to do a tiny bathroom like that, at least do a top to bottom covered sliding door. not close to any transport links - every option on maps said it was quite a walk to the train station. ended up getting a cab into london, was a 10 minute wait for an uber every time as it’s quite far out from everywhere. positives - free and easy parking out front and they let us leave the car there for a few hours even after we’d checked out. staff is friendly. it’s a 10-15 minute walk to bromley high street and the shopping centre and feels safe to walk in the evening. lovely area! when we picked up the car later that evening, the staff let us use the toilets before heading on our 3 hour drive home even though technically we were no longer guests. mini fridge in the room which was useful. nice big windows to let air in which helped as we had no AC. TV was decent enough. if i stayed here again i’d pick a different room. ours was fairly run down. my boyfriend caught a glimpse into another room when the cleaning lady was there, he said it was much larger and nicer with a normal bathroom. we got very unlucky i guess, but was frustrating as it wasn’t cheap at £160 for 2 nights. would’ve had a better time as the bromley premier inn which was cheaper. breakfast was not included either.

Only giving a 1 star because you have to. Absolutely disgusting hotel. The dirt all around the floor was horrible. We had to put the wardrobe in front of the door because it didn’t lock properly. The fan had no back on, the plug sockets were falling of the wall. when we arrived no pillows had any cases on. The bedding was covered in stains. The kettle was so dirty we don’t think it had ever been cleaned. I honestly don’t know how the place is still running. I wouldn’t ever recommend to anybody. Reached out to the manager and they don’t seem to be interested.

Really friendly front of house staff and decent location for price. Very cute decor and quiet, but cleaning staff didn't clean my room a good few days out of my 10 day stay/forgot towels or bin bags.

This hotel is terrible. The Pros, which are minimal: This hotel is in a quiet area. There are cafes and restaurants nearby that are within walking distance from the hotel. The on-site car park is free. The Cons, the rest is just awful: The toilet doesn't flush. The shower/toilet room is very cramped. The pillow cases and the pillows were not clean. They had an unpleasant smell on them. I had to cover one of them with my hoody in order to sleep. That just about made it bearable. The curtains are so thin they didn't make the room dark because they lack blackout material. Very limited number of parking spaces in front of the hotel. I was very lucky to find a vacant spot to park my car when I arrived. If my memory serves me well, there are 7 or 8 parking spaces for over 20 rooms which isn't ideal. The streets in the area of the hotel is full of yellow lines that prevent you from parking your car anywhere nearby if there are no spaces in the car park. Since that is the case, it raises the question: Where are people supposed to park their cars when the car park is full? I stayed on the top floor where there were four rooms crammed together. It would be a lot better to have two spacious rooms than to have four cramped rooms with awkwardly placed furniture. Worst of all, there were inconsiderate guests on the same floor as me. There were kids making a lot of noise and their parents made little to no effort to quieten them down. This continued until midnight. And there was a couple next to my room who watched television into the early hours of the morning, around 2 am. This disrupted my sleep and ruined my stay. This tells me that the walls are very thin, and not soundproofed. This is not a good hotel at all. Very expensive for a poor quality hotel. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Avoid! Unsanitary and unclean. My kids were complaining about bits in their bed and I thought they were just being sensitive. When I went to bed, I put my legs into my bed and they touched something that was wet. I pulled the covers back and the sheets were filthy. The wet item was a contact lens. We stayed here for one night in July. It took two weeks to recover. My little girl and husband got extremely sick. They both had reactions to insect bites. I complained but haven’t had an apology. When I went to get new sheets on the night we stayed the person who was on duty was as shocked as I was and clearly embarrassed by the lazy cleaning staff. Can’t believe we paid the price we did to stay here. We should definitely be compensated for our stay. It was appalling. Please do yourself a favour and avoid!

Charming and characterful BnB offering an attentive and friendly service. Missed our breakfast slot and were called by reception who offered us room service instead which was a pleasant touch for our hungry bellies! Parking was easy, room was clean and the welcome was warm. Would stay again!
