   Was difficult to find the main door at first when we got there on a Sunday. The overall location was perfect as it was close to different underground stations, shops and restaurants; however the apartment was horrible. First impression was the apartment complex in the middle of bins (like at the back of a restaurant). The place smelled nice when first got in and everything looked clean actually and the bedding seemed new as well. First night was quite okay, but we took into consideration the reviews that I we saw some days ago. Monday morning downstairs on the main entrance there was a a smell. Our night went bad on an early Tuesday morning around 4.00am we started seeing a bed bug in our mattress and then some more in my friend’s room which made us pack everything, double check there was no more bedbugs on clothing, and we left immediately by doing an early check-out. We couldn’t dear to sleep there. Overall location is good but the reviews didn’t lie at all!(so when booking take this in consideration as we were okay the first night cause got deceived by the cleaning and owner reassurance). Not coming to this place anymore still. Always look at the reviews and vote of the place, better to pay a bit higher in a place that doesn’t have all this problems than lowering your standards and ending sleeping with BEDBUGSSSS!

   There's no hot water, no soap, only 1 towel for 2 and dirty pillow. I will not recommend this to anybody. Its not worth the money.

   don’t recommend!!! it was very dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. the shower was disgusting and there was trash everywhere and our room smelled like smoke. we felt really unsafe and we needed to switch to another hostel!!! there were no keys. we were scared.

   I have been book 2 weeks ago and was a nightmare never happend..since I m in uk 1 The room wich was alocated to us was close so we couldn t get in.Ring the number and the lady didn't even bover to sort the issue ..Said to go in room nr 2.This room was absolute disgusting and I post a video on you tube ..the room wasn t clean from months someone have been sick and vomiting and leave. A mask and a lot of rubbish under the bed Beddsheets wasn t washed sting and on top of it we went to buy some food and when we coming back was a family rats in front of the hallway door ..i try contact again and send videos and pic and no reply disgusting people I will never ever recommend maybe the police andCQS ..

   Very dirty apartment, at the entrance to it you have to go through a clearing, where there are garbage containers and rats. There was vomit under the bed, dirty sheets and everything in general very unpleasant. The owner is sweating that you are having a bad time and passes your messages completely. Unpresentable person and this place is not recommended for the rest of people. They don't even deserve 1 star.

   I send a message and I have told him that I will be late and when I arrive the door, it was closed, I have put the pin and the door did not want to open it is a scam of the scams that I have never seen so no to the scam.

   Worst experience ever they are lying we come and they kicked us out saying that booking cancel our booking we called booking and they said they are lying we cancel nothing, we found out they cancel our booking because someone show up and want to pay more for the accommodation even though we booked 1 week before the day .. it was a private host so don’t get scam people
