If you are Beatles fan and want to see Liverpool I highly recommend Liverpool Cycle Tours. Rode down Penny Lane while Tom our native Liverpool guide played the song on bluetooth bike speaker! So fun! On to Paul McCartney and the John Lennon’s home. Of course a stop at Strawberry Fields while we sang along. Bikes were in great shape too and Tom kept our safety in mind all along the route. Value for money was excellent.

What a great day seeing some of the well known along with a couple of less known Beatles sites of interest. The bikes were great and gave a bit of light exercise while allowing us to go places that tour buses can’t go. Phil was great and showed a real personal connection to the history of the business.

A great tour with Tom the local legend. A cruisey 25km around the south eastern part of Liverpool showing us all the important parts of the Fab Five’s history. Tom explained things really well, gave plenty of context also about the history of Liverpool itself. A tour I would do again , it was just heaps of fun.

Everything about the Beatles tour was five stars! Our tour guide Tom had great tunes and Information that kept us engaged throughout the tour. Bikes are in great shape. It’s a good solid four hours of touring around. Being on a bicycle gets you upfront of things that you really want to see. I absolutely loved it!

My wife and I had an absolutely LOVELY time on this tour yesterday. The “Phils” were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. “Phil the Younger” led our tour with another older couple (like us) from The Netherlands and was the best tour guide we could have asked for. We stopped at three of The Beatles birthplaces and childhood homes (John Paul Ringo) and did not visit George’s because it is a bit more outside of town (we visited it on our own this morning as we were leaving Liverpool). Our favorite parts of the tour were Penny Lane, Aunt Mimi’s house on the dual carriageway (and where John’s mother was killed in a horrible car accident when he was 17), the Eleanor Rigby grave, and the last few miles along the docks. O — and running into Colin who played with John in The Quarrymen!! My wife and I have enjoyed a number of ebike tours on different continents and we have to honestly say that the tour conducted by Phil yesterday in Liverpool is now at the top of our list. Highly recommended.

If you are reading this review to see if you should book the Liverpool Cycle Tours Beatle Tour - read no further - Book It! The tour was the first thing we did in Liverpool and undoubtedly the best. Phil takes you on a well considered music-cycle through places of significance to each Beatle in their formative years. You really gain an insight into the importance of places, memories and experiences that influenced the music that has become part of all our lives. Phil is extremely generous with his time and knowledge. This musician loves his day job and is committed to bring the good news to us all, happily and with passion. We have concluded that it is possible he is, indeed, the 5th Beatle. Phil has thought of everything and without realising, we had travelled back in time, over many interesting miles through Liverpool's streets, parks, lanes and strawberry fields. Liverpool Cycle Tours forever!!!!!

Lovely tour with excellent guide Jamie who made the whole experience so fun we hired electric bikes would definitely recommend paying the extra £2 they were great. Jamie had plenty of interesting facts and pictures, you could really tell he loved the city and his job. It was a rainy day but waterproofs were provided which was really helpful there were regular stops to take in the sights which we realy appreciated because it was our first time visiting the city couldn't recommend anymore!
