This is the worst hotel ever the people here are so rude and the room is so gross in the bathroom there is mold on the shower and on that day I was boiling hot the AC/FAN was not working we booked 6 rooms and none worked the room smelt like there was a cigarette party going on so this hotel was the worst so don't book this hotel
Very good service by Receptionist Shubham, very well mannered and extremely professional. Answered all my questions and swiftly dealt with my concerns. Enjoy the Area and the hotel overall. Will recommend.
Was greeted by Shubhom at reception and his hospitality was incredible. I have never been greeted with such great service and i would recommend everyone to be greeted by him. Hotel is nice and views is nice
Hmmmm, what can I say, I came for the night club and decided to lodge here instead of going back home with out resting, but alas the room had a horrible smell, and a massive spider on the bed which wasn't nice, but the staff were all friendly in my opinion and the food was good, really nice ambiance in the club. The rooms definitely need a make over but I managed to sleep a bit and I'm home safely xx
Very bad, we reserved literally 6 mounts earlier, we payed and when we arrived they told us, that they have cancelled all the of their reservations 2 mounts earlier, but they didnt inform us about this. Thanks god we got a new hotel from booking. Dont choose them!
Comfortable, fairly spacious, affordable, parking available (£15) just outside ULEZ, great location, convenient for Barking tube…. Cold on arrival but easily heated. Noisy (music nearby), until 3am - be aware, but didn’t ruin our stay. It was a Saturday night. Tea and coffee provided. Some cosmetic issues (broken socket, walls, stains, but that didn’t entirely represent the place at all - it had clearly had a lot of care and attention also. All-in-all, would we go again if we want to drive into London, hit the tube network, come back after some drinking and stop the night before heading home to Essex? Yes we would!
Worst hotel ever , the smell was terrible the toilet seat was smaller than the actual toilet itself the tap was coming off and the shower was awful … I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, we travelled from Birmingham for him to say we needed ID even though we can confirmation of the booking. If I could leave no stars I really would Wouldn’t waste your time going here
The shower curtain had stains all over it, and so did the couch. The worst part though is that there is a nightclub right under the hotel, which is blasting music between 10PM and 3AM every night. You could feel the vibration of the bass on the pillow and hear the rumbling in the windows and walls. The people working here are probably really nice, but there were no hospitality what so ever. During our three night stay they said two sentences to us, not even saying hello when leaving or arriving to the hotel. I would recommend you look someplace else.

Terrible experience, avoid this hotel. We booked a night there, we’ve got the email confirmation and when we arrived there, at 10pm after a long trip, they said they couldn’t find our reservation and there were no available rooms. Clearly something dodgy was going on. Avoid this hotel
