Didn't stay here. Was at the hotel to collect a hire car from a company based there. The hotel looked average and the security guard at the main door was rude. The grounds were maintained to an average standard but never went inside.

The breakfast is fantastic. Hot, delicious, and all you can eat. Parking is expensive although typical for London. £16 per day when I visited. (Less if needing 10 hours or less.) Clean, in good repair. Secure, again, typical for London, but slightly annoying, in my opinion, e.g. you have to use your card for the lifts. I got a good price.

The 'security' staff are very rude and completely clueless about how anything works. The people at the reception desk were also rude and were actively unhelpful when I asked how to pay for parking

Got here not to stay in the hotel but for car rental. Really needed to use the bathroom, Holiday Inn refused me to use it. I’m working in hospitality as well but this is unheard of. Have never refused to help a human being, that could be my potential customer whether it’s a toilet, a phone call,a glass of water or charging the phone in the time of need. Honestly, makes me want to puke because this kind of service is not supposed to exist.

Be careful, men in balaclavas making threats. Used to be able to go there for a coffee but they won’t let you in and one threaten violence. Not sure if this hotel has been taken over by gangs. Holiday Inn should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!

Too many security guards who cannot speak English and quite scary in attitude..no Im not racist just think there should be more clear English spoken. The hotel itself was great.

Well I was just dropping off my friend,a guest, and one of the doormen challenged me as I approached the door. "Where are you going?" I was told that the hotel was a private establishment and I was not welcome to use the toilet before I drove home. I was quite stunned. There must be some problem at the hotel, which seems to be subletting its car park, and perhaps the doorman mistook me for someone in a particular role he didn't approve of but there was no need to be rude, and no attempt was made to find out in what capacity I was at the hotel.

Firstly, I have never stayed at this hotel so cannot give a comprehensive review of this establishment. I can say that I have been around the hotel, it looks shabby and run down. I was also informed reliably that the hotel takes in refugees, this is backed up with two security guards standing outside of the hotel. Personally I would not stay there.

I did not stay here but used the rental car service that is attached. I've read most of the other reviews and it's still the same. The place is a dump. The people are very rude. You will get denied to use the toilet. You will get denied to enter the restaurant. I'm confused as to why there are guards at the front of a dumpy hotel. I don't even have to post photos because it's the same as the previous photos posted before my review. Edit: There are a lot of older men sitting on the benches right next to the airport shuttle. It's very unsettling because there are about 8-10 of them. Very strange.
