Always great service when picking up a prescription. They are helpful too. Shame its closing in March 2024. I've now been transferred to boots in the shopping city. Shame really
The system for ordering and receiving your prescription tablets etc is broken, we are forever calling in hoping the pills etc are ready to collect which 9 times out of 10 they are not, I've never known it to be so bad something needs to be done asap
I've tried to ring all day no answer also laughed when I said I needed liquid antibiotics for my daughter at Christmas and told me I would be running around everywhere it was not funny my 3 year old had strep a and could not take tablets I understand if you've not got the meds but it is not a joke when a child is ill
Pharmacist too lazy to come out and help with a medic question. Useless staff
This is a typical large pharmacy and does not have any consideration for its customer base!!
Although great location and nice staff you have to order repeat prescription 2 weeks in advance b4 actually getting it and then can get caught in queues 20 people long just to pick it up.. this happens all to frequently not just a once off you have to be a very patient..patient
Not open at the time stated open from 8:30 am this isn't good however this is a good placed pharmacy overall great service
