Absolute first class service! I wasn't able to get in with the doctors as an alternative I went and saw Sania the pharmacist for a suspected urine infection. She made me feel very comfortable and listened to me carefully and made sure I walked out of the pharmacy feeling heard, and with the right treatment. I see all staff working extremely hard thank you Runcorn pharmacy for always providing the best service of care.

Runcorn Castlefields pharmacy is full of friendly helpful staff who always help get my prescriptions ready in a timely manner. Even when I show up before receiving my prescription ready text they help when they can to get it ready for me.

I'm being generous giving 1 star. Horrible staff, phoned up to ask about a prescription and got my head bitten off by the lady working there, and spoken in a manner that made me feel like I was muck under her feet. I spoke to her politely and expect the same. They have the nerve to say no abuse will be tolerated when it's ok for them to speak to people in a poor, rude, nasty manner. I hope this female member of staff is spoken to and told to have some manners.

Brilliant service from Runcorn Pharmacy l, especially Alex and Ned, who were both incredibly helpful and responsive. They made the whole process smooth, swift, and stress-free. Itβs rare to find such friendly efficiency these days, thanks very much!

Very poor service ,rude, unfriendly and unhelpful staff behind the counter. It takes at least 3 days to collect prescribed medication after prescription sent by Dr. Even then is often impossible to get prescribed medication as it is not in stock . Got empty box with no medication in it, when i went back to collect missing medication, I was told that it isn't possible and I need to back after few days to speak to manager. No apologies or any will to sort mistake out. I would give 0 if it would be possible

Came in here last week to pick up a prescription. The female behind the counter was quite dismissive when I asked do I pick up prescriptions here for drs next door, she huffed and said I'll check! I returned here yesterday to bring back a bag full of medications for disposal, the same "happy" woman had me taking the meds out to prove there were no sharps or controlled drugs then said "oh there's a lot there, I don't think we've got enough room for them, any other chemist will take them!" . . . "Oh" I said getting to understand she couldn't be bothered "I will go and find one" and walked out! I googled it and took them to St Paul's Pharmacy on the High St, the lady behind the counter took them straight away after she believed me stating there's no sharps or controlled drugs. The blonde cranky woman in Boots Castlefields needs to go on a customer service course or change her job, maybe work on security where she'll be more comfortable being a ****

I visit this boots pharmacy very often and I am always happy when I leave. The staff are always very friendly and happy to help. From advice to picking up perceptions they are always happy to lend a helping hand. The store still covered social distancing and currently allows 3 people inside at once, this makes me feel safe picking up medication for me and my family. So depending on the time of day you visit you might have to wait outside until there is room. There is also plenty to buy in the store including baby products, health care, personal hygiene and much more. I have also been able to set up text alerts that tell me when my prescriptions are ready to collect saving my plenty of time.

Can get very busy at times, but with the current restrictions in place meaning only a few customers can enter at a time, this usually just leads to a bit of a queue outside. Staff are usually friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If I ever had any complaint it would be that often you can be stood around waiting despite the fact nobody else is being served, you can sometimes wait 5 minutes at the counter despite being the only customer in the shop. But presumably the staff are all busy dispensing prescriptions and stuff.
