Your server behind the counter black hair in a pony tail, is a very rude, snotty and disrespectful person she should NEVER roll her eyes at customers. Absolutely disgusting lady

Staff are amazing but it is very clear the company do not care about them at all. They are consistently understaffed and working their hardest but prescriptions are never ready. I feel so bad for the dispensers and the pharmacist as they are clearly trying their best but the support they get is just so poor

Just had occasion to visit this pharmacy for a confirmed, scheduled COVID/Flu vaccination. Upon arrival I was initially ignored by the indifferent staff and then once engaged informed that no vaccines were available. The staff member's face made all the expected customer service noises about apology (delivered without care or emotion). I will never visit again.

Good place, I wanted to commend one of the staff named Laura, she is extremely helpful and always makes sure her patients are looked after, she's an amazing worker and always has been when I've been there :))

This rating is not based on the staff as they are clearly under staffed and over worked. Prescriptions are rarely ready because they are too busy to keep on top of them. Pharmacist is trying to do flu jabs in between dispensing which means someone has to wait longer than expected. Staff are friendly and are doing their best but the system is letting them down, credit to them all for not just walking out when they are constantly dealing with complaints. This company is definitely failing in their values - It's not enough just to care about the communities we serve, we have to be effective in everything we do if we want to improve people's health and wellbeing.

This pharmacy used to be one of the best around. The people they have hired are rude, disorganised and lack diligence. Seeing there lack of organisation in the medicine cabinets which is viewable to all public should be enough to deter you from using this pharmacy. It's that bad they have to order your medication in because they can't find it because of the lack of organisation. A place I used to once rely on has become a place that would benefit from closing or hire medical staff that know what they're doing.

After years of loyal custom - now a complete disaster! Retaining staff issue. New staff have been rather unpleasant (although been good 2 months since been inside). Saturday pharmacist was very helpful one weekend recently for advice although the girl initially answering phone sounded like the typical "you're just a number". There's zero treatment of patients as individuals. For 25+yrs that place (pre it even being Well) was a vital part of my care. The elderly were safeguarded even informally just because staff knew of them! Now it's like a service station garage Spar for meds. I was encouraged by the weekend pharmacist who advised on a 111 issue but the initial staff member's attitude help me realise Well still haven't changed. Gone are the days when it was centre to the community.

This used to be a good chemist. Since new staff have started there I have been constantly messed around with my prescriptions and no-one bothers to answer the phone when i try to check if it's ready. Get text saying it's ready then when I get there I am told it isn't. So I have to argue that they've sent me a text and pester for them to check again. New young girl there has an attitude and can't check anything properly, tells me every time I go there that it's not ready. So I end up aking why, every time, and thankfuly another member of staff steps in and as if by magic i get my prescription. Can't be bothered getting stressed out anymore when I need my prescription, going to try a new chemist.

I wish I could give no stars. The worst pharmacy in Runcorn..phone off the hook or silent or engaged so you cant ring ahead to see if your prescription is ready. rude uncooperative staff. prescriptions not ready for days/weeks. disgusting customer service, leaving people without medication who are unwell. I've changed chemist. Appalling staff should be all sacked bad attitude - if I could leave minus 5 stars I would. Change your chemist if you can
