   It would help if you would answer your phone. I've been ringing all day, it rings a couple of times and it goes straight to engaged. Very frustrating when you need to know the status of a prescription.

   This place is a joke recently which is a shame as it used to be 5*. You can no longer book online and when you phone you cannot get through. When you do get through there are no doctor appointments left. I got through a couple of weeks ago and got a doctors appointment but when i turned up my appointment was with a nurse who fobbed me off with anti biotics, a few weeks later i ended up in hospital with the same thing. The place has gone to the dogs. How can it go from 5* to 1* in the space of serveral months?
