Had shocking experiences here, late opening, rudeness, accusations of taking someone else's medication kept 25mins wile they checked the camera footage, it was their fault they gave the meds to someone else, but didn't want to give me mine. Unprofessional, un organized, ignorant, fortunately there's loads of pharmacies around here
The staff are all wonderful, patient and will try their best to get your prescription sorted as soon as possible. They have also been one of the only pharmacies to stock a medication that has had a national shortage, so much so I didn't even realise until my doctor called and gave advice on what to do! Very grateful to all the staff here, thank you!

Older lady serving was asking questions and passing comments regarding my husbands prescription that I was collecting, in a full shop and not quietly that were private and personal, disclosing in everyone’s hearing the condition that the prescription was for. This was after taking his name and address, basically identifying him and his condition. On the next visit, she felt it necessary to comment to my husband on the fact that it wasn’t long ago that he had last been issued with his prescription. The prescription had been issued by a medical professional. The timescale between his prescriptions was none of her business.
Should be updated correctly for bank holidays especially when normally only one Friday bank holiday, other chemists open but my perscription is with them and no fuel to be going to others
I got through to them at 17:40 after trying on and off during the day. I spoke to a lady at first which I was having difficulty with my speech who just passed me on without saying, to a man who came across aggressive, it's because off my anxiety while trying to speak is difficult, he came on and ask what do I want and for my information, I explained to him as best as I could but he kept talking over me, at one stage I asked him to slow down and he got more annoyed. When I asked him for his name he hung up the phone. Then I called back and he answered and again I am trying to explain the medication I needed as I was running out. He kept on being very bulling to me and I toll him that I am recovering the conversation and I will report him and reply was yea OK. I asked him again what is his name, he said he doesn't have to give me his name. He seem to have calm down abit and aloud me in a kind of he does care tone. so I continued to try and give the names of meds to get done. He asked is there anything else. No,! then went on to bit off as we are done so I hung up my phone.
This pharmacy is wonderful - as a disabled customer they always deliver my prescriptions for me, they're always on time and always friendly on the phone. I actually received two separate deliveries today after I was prescribed antibiotics and I'm so grateful that they came out twice. Thank you so much to the amazing, kind staff.
Awful. I went in to ask the Pharmacist for advice. I was the only one except for a man seated. I stood at the counter and waited and waited. A man came in, stood behind me and two staff members came, one reached over and took his prescription and began a conversation about the man's new dog. Another man, a lady then another man came in and handed over prescriptions. No one asked what I needed. I said Excuse me, I was here first could you serve me please? I'd been standing over 3 minutes or so.The staff member said Well I looked at you before!! She was like an angry jobsworth. This is the only pharmacy I've ever been in that hasn't asked if I was being served or asked if they could help. If it wasn't for the lovely helpful, professional Pharmacist herself who eventually came to serve me I would actually be angry. Please retrain these staff members to see to their customers in a professional manner. They are unfriendly and disinterested. My name is Vera Mack if you would like to address the problem. Thank-you.
