Worst chemist ever over 10 people in the back doing prescriptions and over 50 mins wait, clear the shop instead of doing prescriptions shove in a drawer ridiculous!!!!!! I usually use Cohens in orrell never a wait in there and see to you straight away
Was referred here by my GP for a sinus infection. The pharmacy closes at 6 and I asked to be seen at half 5 which they advised was not possible because only one pharmacist, it was obvious they avoided making the appointment due to Friday and wanting to leave early. If it was not possible to see me they should not have accepted my request from the GP so late in the day. I ended up going boots pharmacy at half 5 without an appointment and was prescribed and provided antibiotics all within 10 minutes. Avoid this place
Why is the phone never answered ? Waiting times for prescriptions is a joke there is loads of staff attending to prescriptions yet it’s always 30+ minutes to get it. The phone situation needs fixing this is madness
The best pharmacy in the area! Medications are always on time, and the staff is very friendly and dedicated to what they do. Highly recommended!
If I could give no stars i would!!! Long history with this chemist and it's getting far worse, how hard is it to answer the phone? The phone line is either busy or they don't answer. 51 times I have tried today just to order my elderly grandads medication. Thankfully the GP sorted it for me and transferred his repeat to another chemist that is absolutely nothing like this place. The wait time for medication is also horrendous they once left him for 40 mins for 1 box of medication (painkillers). Place is a absolute joke.
Unfortunately there is something in the system that doesn’t work. Doctor sent the prescriptions on the 6th January and today 11th January are not ready and I have been left with not medicines.
From my own experience your waiting times are ridiculous for picking up a prescription. I was told 15mins and spent an 1hr waiting, by that point everyone who came in after me got their prescription before me. Also, you need to make sure that your Google page opening hours match when you are actually open, especially for bank Holidays. Wasted time walking down for a prescription because opening times said you were open and you werent.
My meds are never ready on time. It's always a wait in the pharmacy even though meds were ordered a week ago from gp.
Tried to call them in between 4 to 4.30 on Tuesday 11th October just ringing out for 6 mins put the phone down and rang them back message unable to take your call please try later.this message wasplaying on the other SIX times I tried to call them.dissgracefull
Rang yesterday to have an urgently needed prescription delivered as I could not pick it up due to mobility issues. Although I have moved and live out of the delivery area it was delivered today. Thanks to Marie for organising it. Very much appreciated
