Excellent Pharmacy. The Staff are always Very helpful, very courteous and do their best to provide a very important service. SOME Customers need to show the staff respect Manners cost Nothing.
Not been using this pharmacy for very long and twice now I have picked up my prescription and items are missing, when I have phoned to see what has happened I have been told that everything was there, when they have looked properly the missing items were not given to me, I then have to make another trip to collect. Who is checking these items? I am also on the text alert for when my prescription is ready, this has happened once and have been told they don't have time to do this. Time to change pharmacy.
If there was no stars then thats what I'd of rated you, my daughter has been in 4 times in last 2 days and was spoken to by the same person very rudely which made her feel very awkward, she was told by her doctor that her prescription was ther to be told abruptly that it wasn't!!! Need this lady sorting out!!

Lovely staff cant do enough for you even when they are very busy
The women who work here are lovely. They also seem great with names/faces as they often just collect my items for me as I come in. Very helpful. Perhaps some of the negative reviews are towards staff that no longer work there...? I haven’t had an issue in 2+yrs

Staff are so unhelpful and frankly quite rude. No explanation is given if there is an issue, its just point blank what they say goes. Obviously do not need customer service skills to work here.
