   Just wanted to thank the young medicines delivery man, he was outstanding this week. I was feeling ill and weak and have poor mobility, but the young man waited a long time for me to answer the door after my daughter explained over the ring door bell. He was very patient and kind towards me, thank you and very well done indeed. Please pass on my gratitude.

   I have read some very negative reviews about this pharmacy and have to strongly disagree. They have made life so much easier for an elderly man who is housebound and been very ill by agreeing to put his medication in a blister pack ( which his previous pharmacy refused to do). Yes sometimes you can’t get an answer straight away but it is a pharmacy and they are extremely busy, I had a query this evening and spoke to one of the team at the shop and she was so helpful and had a lovely manner. I’m more than happy with their service.

   After moving home we sadly moved pharmacies after no problems over the years. Due to our new local late night pharmacy blatantly refusing to help on many occasions enough was enough. We were due to go on holiday and Appleton helped dispense my medication last minute due to gp mix up, were my old pharmacy not only refused to dispense and told me it was not possible on the system they all use. Thanks to everyone at Appleton always polite and always helpful and nothing is too much to ask.

   Took my 3 year old daughter in this morning and asked for Paul to look at her eye. He couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Hopefully they realise how much easier they just made my day. People don’t always come in with isolated problems and they are one of the few places around here that appreciate that. Really nice people

   My last visit here was February after waiting 40 minutes for them to make up yet another lost prescription. This has been a regular occurrence which became frustrating and they also gave my prescription to my mother in error in January (she lives at a different address). I made a complaint online in February and heard nothing back so have now switched pharmacies. I don't know how it could get lost so frequently?! Several customers walked out in frustration on my last visit as there was only one poor girl working alone on the counter. If it was a one-off you can forgive it but it happened more times than not!

   Great service called up yesterday to confirm that they had received my prescription and advised I would be down in about an hour called earlier in the end and and my prescription was ready it was a big order with with unusual items on. It's great that they carry stock of most medication the lady on the front desk Karen was very friendly and has also been very friendly and helpful on every other occasion. The pharmacist Paul even took the time to come over with my medication and asked if I was ok with everything even took the time to discuss my condition with him to which he showed great empathy and seemed genuinely interested thanks a lot keep up the good work.
