Really good service. Seen quickly and my 2yr olds issue was identified and treated immediately. Being able to see a pharmacist instead of trying to get a doctors appointment is fantastic.
The attitude of the chemist staff yesterday was absolutely disgusting towards my 84 year old mum and dad... the staff that work with the public need to think how they act and talk to people...would they appreciate that kind of behaviour towards their parents or even themselves. They are dearly upset being made to feel like a burden & really hopes it doesn't happen again or a formal complaint will be made.
Great team at this pharmacy! Helped me out after a blunder by our GP and put me on to 111 emergency supply of medications, which they then got together for me within minutes. Excellent service. Big thanks in particular to Lesley and Shang!
I, Karen Alderton went to see the pharmacist today, I found him very helpful. He also helped resolving my issue very quickly. Very bright and professional. I would definitely go back to him if I needed any advice again. I also would like to comment on the young lady who took my phone call this morning about my issue and she was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service with friendly, efficient staff. I noticed how consistently attentive they were with customers as I was waiting for my prescription. I didn’t have to wait long for my prescription either.
Rude staff, never any stock... Used to be good before covid and during, since the main man left. Its dire... Should change the closing times aswell, once again waisted journey
Staff are really friendly and helpful. This is a very busy chemist so it’s definitely advisable to put any prescription requests in with your GP early . The actual chemist has been happy to provide advice when I’ve sought it and I’ve seen them answer dozens of peoples questions even when they are really busy.
Barbara was lovely and polite and helped me pretty much instantly - she was visibly busy yet she assisted me with wonderful service and made my first time here a breeze. Thanks again. 10/10
I order my 88 year old mothers prescription online. This is then delivered to her but after 6 days she still hadn't received it. Called the chemist and was told the prescription was there. When i questioned why the prescription had not been delivered I was met with attitude and rudeness and was told that "you are lucky you even got your prescription". Appalling service and attitude and not the first time this has happened it is becoming a running theme..
Shocking service, I witnessed Jackie reprimanding a colleague in front of a queue of customers, disgusting to say the least all because the lady made a mistake, she even speaks to customers appalling! Just changed back to peel house. I had a prescription on order for over 7 weeks as they said it’s out of stock with the supplier yet peel house got it straight away and said it’s not out of stock! Maybe because the item was expensive so they didn’t want to give it! Disgusting!
