Staff refused to sell me two packs of cold and flu capsules. Bought two packs from the local Asda instead.
Many thanks to the team at McDougalls. I had tried to get my prescription filled at three pharmacies in Widnes. None had the medication but said it could be ordered in, which proved easier said than done. I then went to McDougalls, who had to order it, but got it in later the same, and day. Excellent service, and efficient and cheerful staff. Many thanks.
The staff here go above and beyond and are so quick with prescriptions.
My doctors sent my script here by accident. I hate using this chemist usually down to customer service but they never open on time either!! Advertised open from 9 …. Yet it’s 9.10!! Chatting to another colleague and stood on her phone before actually acknowledging I was stood there waiting!
Helpful staff. Called up as needed a prescription urgent. Tried everywhere but nowhere had it. Called up before collecting and didn't have to wait long at all. Thank you so much

States on Windows opens at 9:00 so stud waiting a lady comes out at 9:05 and tells me I have another 7 to 10 minutes yet #fuming why have a opening time if you can't stick to it!!!!!!
I have been picking up my prescription from here good few years very helpful staff and pharmacists very helpful
Poor rating purely down to customer service front of shop...while queues build up for prescription submissions ...staff chat and totally ignore customers. Maybe proximity to doctors has given an air of complacency but today I chose to go elsewhere...
