If I could rate it zero or minus I would. Waited 30min in the queue. I've seen sloths move faster! Wanted to see the pharmacist as I believe I have got an ear infection, painful. Had to wait why he tidied up a little (but completely mess in there). The otoscope to look in my ear wasn't working (the torch). Waste of 30 plus mins. Joke!!!
Called today Sunday 31st August told repeat prescription received on the 27th August still not done and 1 item missing that's 5 days they had to sort it there is a disclaimer on counter asking for 3 days notice and make sure that you have enough medication to see you through this is not the first time this has happened missing item on order that's 6 days service is very poor Same thing happened with this months repeat prescription had prescription for 7 days called today Sunday 28th october to pick up not even been done and 1 item is missing will have to order it don't know if it will be ready Monday or Tuesday the service is terrible with be changing pharmacist after this time
Very poor service, I will not use this pharmacy anymore! They can’t dispense a private prescription for a child and staff is very unfriendly.

Awful service, upon arrival I was ignored for 5 minutes, one staff member could see I was there but continued to wipe shelves rather than acknowledge or help. I had a prescription from the dentist and it should have been easy enough. However, because they hadn’t added the word ‘capsules’ on the end he would not make the prescription. I called to another in the area, they made it right away. DO NOT VISIT.
Never been to a more disorganised place you can have you doctor send a perception over turn up 2 days later to give them enough time to pick my stuff to turn up to be told 30min wait every time I come here same thing.most times you can turn up ask for you perception be told 30 minutes to turn back up to be told they don’t have it but they have something else but it’s another 30 minutes absolute joke don’t not come here I will be changing my pharmacy shortly had enough of this place
After a GP appointment I was told I had sceptic bursitis and needed an urgent round of antibiotics. I took my prescription to this ASDA pharmacy at 3.20 and was told it was a 2 hour wait, I live in another town (I'd had to go to an out of hours GP away from home), I had to arrange for someone to go back for me 2 hours later and they arrived at 5.25pm to see a sign up now saying they were closed until 7pm. I couldn't get anyone to make the trip AGAIN at 7pm and was left without my urgent prescription. It's now New Years eve, I cant find holiday opening hours and theres no answer when I try to call! Absolutely ridiculous when they were aware it was urgent!
Never have a good service at this pharmacy, always prescriptions never ready. Latest experience - prescription ordered from drs, received at pharmacy on Thursday, a 20 min wait, I will call 2moz, went Friday couldn’t find prescription although they had it on Thursday?? Finally found it, will be another 20 minute wait?why wasn’t it dispensed yesterday for me to collect today? Service always awful, can you explain why my prescription wasn’t ready today?
Kept waiting - again. Didn't even acknowledge my presence for five minutes and when they did the tone of the young lady was dismissive to say the least. Waited another 5 minutes or so before being served and didn't get a please or thank you. Dispensing prescriptions is a precise action but while there was a pharmacist and another assistant present a pleasant acknowledgement that a customer is waiting would have been appreciated. Cannot abide poor customer service! Only got a single star because I couldn't give zero. Will never go again!
