   Awe this chemist is amazing they all go out there wAy to help and well sue has been there few years now and iv told her never leave because I would be lost with out her she always goes above and beyond and always there to listen and help . One time all of us in the house had covid once and she got my prescription delivered and sent things up for us I would have been lost and she always makes a fuss of my boy he loves her. Just lovely that she cares and I can go to her for advice and help anytime and the other staff can be so helpful too

   Ditton Pharmacy has been great in the past. Krista has always been amazing, knowledgeable, compassionate and very helpful. Other members of staff have also been kind, asking how mum (who I now care for and whose medicines I collect) is etc. I don't know if Krista is still there or not, but the experience I had today with a female member of staff has been the final straw in a series of incompetence (mostly from this particular member of staff), and I have moved mum to Appleton Village Pharmacy. Today I was meant to collect mums blister packs but they were not ready, I was told 'the medicines aren't in'. This was the error of the company, but all I was told was that they were not ready, and that I could collect them at some point tomorrow morning but she couldn't tell me when. She was unapologetic about the fact that my mum would have been without life-necessary medications and was incredibly rude to me. As a carer for an ailing parent, it helps when staff can be competent and kind, and at least accept when they have made an error and try and remedy it. They could have offered to at least give us a days supply there and then or at least her most important meds, but they didn't. I wonder if she was just having a bad day. She certainly made my day harder. Also, just WHY leave it until the very last minute to make the packs up? We get a four week supply each time, and I don't understand why they can't make it up a little sooner so that there is no risk of it not being ready. I got a new prescription printed by the wonderful team at Beeches and got the medications at Cohen's chemist 15 minutes before closing THANK YOU to both for being amazing. Thank you to wonderful Krista at Ditton Pharmacy and any of the other staff who have been kind, helpful and good.

   Krista, Cath and Sue you girls are the dream team at my local pharmacy. Always a smiling face, and what I particularly find so kind is that you take the time to ask how my husband and I are keeping. I was rather nervous when moving house and relocating pharmacy, I need never have worried. You are the BEST. thank you Andrea and Alan

My only regret is not having you from the start of my husband’s illness. You were recommended by our GP. Thank you all for everything you do. It’s always above and beyond.
