   I’ve been with this pharmacy for years and they have always been so welcoming, empathetic and will do whatever they can to help. They are quick and efficient and understanding. I’ve been with other pharmacies in the past but they have not made me feel like a priority. Truly couldn’t be happier with the service they provide.

   Excellent Pharmacy. They make my mum and dad blister packs with all their medicines, which there are a lot of and deliver them weekly which their old pharmacy wouldn't do. They looked after them during covid when they were shielding and nothing was ever too much for them. Can't thank them enough. The only pharmacy for my family. Thanks so much guys!

   What a joke. Ive been waiting for over a week for a tin of Similac Alimentum powder (which my 8 month old daughter needs as shes allergic to cows milk and itswhat they OWE me as they never had enough tins at the time.) I rang today, only to get told they still havent got it and that its been discontinued. My reply was to ask what I would do as im onto my last tin, which only lasts roughly 3 days. The reply on the telephone was to get in touch with my GP and order a new prescription and also ring other pharamacies to see if they had it. There customer service before this incident was always fine, however I feel they could have helped alot more in this situation, I just hope I dont run out of Milk but I know who thank if I do.

   I used to be with Lloyd's and my medication would never be ready, I would have to wait hours for it so I moved to Nicholsons. I have never had an issue I am on loads of repeat medication and it's always in stock, they have delivered during lockdown and always do so professionally and with courtesy. Thank you
