I am often nervous to get my medication when I am away from home as it is often out of stock/takes a while to order in - however they were very communicative, ordered my meds in lightning fast and this greatly reduced my anxiety. The male staff member had no idea what he was doing had me wait two weeks for medication that was on prescription and there the entire time! He left us waiting and a completely different staff member had to come out and help us it took her two seconds to find them when he was back there sorting medication letting everyone wait while he withered and didnt do anything! I am incredibly upset and if I have the misfortune of getting my medication there again I will be asking for another staff member this is LIFE saving medication he is taking away from people
This has to be one of the most historical superdrugs in the UK. The rear entrance is by the Cathedral and is steeped in History Charles Dickens once performed in this building. The shop itself has freindly staff with a great range of items also.
Grumpy staff. Was looking around for items advertised on their website, and couldnt even get help to find them.
Lovely pharmacy in a good location with short waiting times and kind, polite and discreet service, the pharmacist is the kindest man in the world with amazing supporting staff, would recommend this pharmacy in the Chester area !!
