Quick turnaround even on complex medication. They have some excellent staff who get things done efficiently and effectively while still giving great service.
Put prescription into GP surgery, wait 3 days, collect prescription from Morrisons (well my Wife does as I'm not well enough). She was told the prescription wasn't there (even though 2 days prior it had been signed off by my GP) but when questioned it miraculously appeared. My Wife was then told she'd have to return later, as it hadn't been dispensed. When she returned she had to wait over 30 minutes to collect. Shocking service, I'm not sure they understand their contribution to people's health and recovery.
Worst chemist in Chester. 4 or 5 staff standing around talking and no one serving. 4 days in a row I've been to told to come back tomorrow and they still don't have my meds.
Poor My perception was sent here from the doctors when I went to collect they did not have it and it would be 3 days before they would have it as it was Saturday when I went to collect I was given my perception so I could go and try somewhere else I went to Asda in Ellesmere Port who when checked had it in but they were unable to give it to me as they said the perception had not been taken of the system at Morrisons This store is far to busy for the staff to customer ratio
I have always had a good experience here. The staff are helpful, polite and friendly. They processed an emergency prescription for me and handed it to me in minutes.

Couldn't contact the store about my granddaughter's lost purse. Rang the pharmacy and explained what had happened. I was told they're not allowed to pass messages on. Not even for a heartbroken 7yr old who had lost all her Christmas money? Absolutely disgraceful! I had to go to the store when I should have been in work. Thankfully a very kind lady had handed it in.
Very friendly and efficient staff at this pharmacy. They have helped out many times with urgent repeat prescriptions. Very professional at all times. Cannot recommend highly enough. I would give 10 stars if the system allowed.
