This place is useless. I have been asked to return for the fourth time to get my medicines even if they had 10 days to get them.
Dreadful - they NEVER answer the 'phone. We're all busy in our jobs but can't ignore customers/clients!
Never answer the phone and divert it to the fax machine after a few rings. When challenged they claim because they're too busy to pick it up. Basic customer service fail.
Fantastic caring people. Always give brilliant service. All the staff and pharmacist are very helpful and the best pharmacy I have ever had to deal with.
I went into the pharmacy for a lateral flow test as I am returning to New Zealand tomorrow. I was met by a lady named India, I just want to thank her for her patience and kindness. She went out of her way to assist me with the test and documentation. I really and truly appreciate all her help :)

For the second time in recent months this pharmacy was closed due to COVID today. I appreciate that can't be helped but surely there should be a contingency plan for when this happens. As it happens, I can wait a couple of days for my medication but other illnesses will need continuous meds. There was no note on the website and it would help if the phone was ever answered!
Absolutely shocking service . 50 minutes waiting for a prescription with no queue in front of me .. not really the staffs fault as they admitted it was a new system and they had been given no training whatsoever .. personally I would of refused to work without being given the training needed especially considering the nature of the buisness ... awfull
Sometimes they text when your prescriptions are ready,but not always which is not too good these strange days . Also have been there at opening time twice ,to miss the crowd , unfortunately the Pharmacist's were at least 15 minutes late both occasions!! Very stressful hanging about
