Don't bother picking the phone up when you try multiple times over the course of a day and don't fulfill prescriptions in good time! Tell you it'll be ready next day, isn't, go back again, still not right!! AVOID.
Extremely disappointing service. I visited the pharmacy and was informed they were out of stock, with a promise to deliver my medication, including a critical asthma inhaler, by the evening. However, the delivery took two days, which is unacceptable given the urgency of the medication.
This pharmacy is absolutely atrocious, if I could give it minus 5 I would. I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant and have been waiting for critical medication for gestational diabetes and hyperemesis for over a week now. Initially when I called to chase it up they alleged they had not received the prescription from my GP, however; when I said I know that is not the case as I have the reference number from my GP they suddenly found it. When I advised I will run out of medication on Thursday and I cannot suddenly stop taking it, they assured me it would be delivered. It’s now Thursday and they have only delivered a third of my prescription and after hours so I have no immediate way of chasing this up. Your complete lack of service puts people in danger and should be seen as negligence. Disgraceful!!
Haven't been able to fulfill a full prescription in almost 2 years. Pitiful management of stock, staff just tend to shrug shoulders. Poor
I feel sorry for all the older people who aren’t able to change pharmacies and will have to endure with frustration and worry when their prescriptions aren’t available because of this pharmacy’s excuses. Having staff being ‘pleasant and friendly’ isn’t a good enough excuse, to endure having to put up with, stupidly long waiting/delayed prescriptions/ alternative medicine (due to not being able to order what you normally use). I have never ever written a negative review, as I focus on the positive, and I would normally just not go back. However, here is my very negative review, but on the positive for me, I do not have to return
Really competent , efficient and helpful. The turnover is always very quick too.
After being up all night at A&E with my son, and having been let down by Nuffield who booked me for a private appointment and then turned me away. The young gentleman at Westminster Park made my week. He listened to my issue and was able to make an emergency prescription for my son after confirming the medication needed on my NHS health record. Thank you for being the only person to proactively suggest a solution for me. It's hard when you are worried about your children and traveling away from home. Thank goodness there are smart , caring people like this working in pharmacies. Thank you!
I have used this pharmacy to collect repeat prescriptions for my family. The staff are very rude and unhelpful. I have witnessed their terrible customer service and been at the receiving end many times. After being treated so badly this morning I will never go back.
Terrible customer service from sales assistant lady. As a result lost out on further sales. Go to Owens in Saltney lovely staff and cheaper prices.
Visited this pharmacy this morning. Nice, friendly and pleasant staff; appropriate social distancing measures in place; clean environment. No waiting time as they attended to me straight away, which is certainly not accomplished in other pharmacies like Boots. Will continue to use and support my local community. 5/5, keep up the good work!
