Refusing to accept prescriptions from Doctors in England, despite 87 yrs old patients shopping there and living in Saltney, please tell me this is NOT true.
Massively impressed with the minor ailments service. I went in to buy some hydrocortison cream for a skin condition and was offered a consultation there and then - quite late as well, it was already six o'clock. Spoke to a pharmacist in a separate room with practically no waiting time. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, kind and helpful. Not only could she narrow down the exact skin condition I've got (something I've been hearing various things about from medical professionals over the past few years), she could also provide me with printed information about how to best manage it and I was actually provided with the medication I need for free under the scheme. I'm as grateful as I am impressed really - fantastic service from both the member of staff who identified that I'd benefit from a consultation and the colleague who then took over.
Didn’t have stock of simply medications for throat infection in children. For the items they did have we were waiting nearly 40 minutes… with a sick child. New staff needed.
I feel like I did the lady working here a little injustice. The cream I wanted — I can’t even get it anywhere anymore without a doctor’s recommendation. But honestly, I didn’t even mean that cream — I was asking for something similar. I mean, I can speak up when I want to — but trust me, if I really started talking, you wouldn’t like that either. I’m not a Karen, lol. Madam, would you please forgive my sins — or should I just go ahead and excommunicate myself?"
I would just like so say thank you to Gill at the pharmacy on Saturday she could not of been any more helpful what a lovely helpful lady thank you you are my hero
Awful at answering phone and getting it right.. Many times the prescription has been wrong. The manager is very nice but all other staff huff and puff

Belle, Lucy and all the team do their best and have done through the years. I have seen first hand some of the negativity shown to them and I hate to see it. Well done to such lovely staff

The Pharmacy and staff are so efficient and helpfull! Having had countless bad experiences with my previous pharmacy I am incredibly impressed and happy with the service given here! The staff will go above and beyond to organise repeat perscriptions etc. and on one occassion Belinda even delivered my sons medication to a friends address when i had forgotton that she had offered to deliver it at my home-it was no problem for her and she even offered to arrange the reorder of any other medication he was due soon. Laura Abby and Belinda clearly enjoy their careers and it shows. Thanks a million ladies for making what used to be a very stressful monthly visit to the pharmacy a noe stress free and even enjoyable experience! Jane Davies and son James xx
