Very poor service, never get the order correct, zero effort. Changed to another pharmacy nearby and everything was done so much better and far more professionally. Its definitely gone downhill over the last couple of years.

Pharmacy been taken over. What was a 5 minute wait for prescriptions is now a 30+ wait, I spent longer in the pharmacy than the GP surgery.
Come here to pick prescription up weekly. This week after over 300 failed calls to my GP I asked the pharmacy could they help with emergency inhaler as mine had ran out and I could not breathe. They gave me clear instructions on what to do and was able to provide me the essential inhaler needed for asthma. The staff in here especially nonya (sorry if spelt wrong) help me stay alive week by week by making sure all my essential medications and all medication I'm prescribed is in stock for when I go to collect. Could not be anymore grateful.
Wonderful Pharmacy. The Counter Assistants are always kind and polite(even when you're not sure what you need)!!!!!!!! The Pharmacists are always willing to discuss your Medication or OTC Medicines. Pity some other Pharmacies don't take a leaf out of their book. Won't name them but they need NAMING & SHAMING really as duz the LOCUM Pharmacist who should be struck off. His attitude and approach to clients is disgusting. Long live SEDEM PHARMACIES !!!!!!
Very helpful pharmacy, always willing to help and provide information. Very reliable as you can order your repeats with them. Definitely recommend.
