The staff at this pharmacy go above and beyond in our experience. Myself and my husband have to have a lot of medications (unfortunately) due to medical conditions. The staff here are so helpful getting our medications to us in a timely manner & helpful with any issues. Thank you.
Been to this pharmacy twice in the past couple of months and had a terrible experience both times. The first, was given bad advice about IVF/medication and simply turned away because they didn't know what to do. I've gone again today as the pharmacy is open late and even though I turned up 40 mins before closing time, the shutter was half down. Snuck underneath the shutter in the hope they might still serve me, but was turned away as they were closed. Who closes 40 mins early? The staff were rude and unapologetic.
Went to collect my prescription 10 minutes before their dinner break and was made to sit outside the shop in my wheelchair and wait until they finished. When they eventually dealt with me I pointed out the 'rescue package' part of my prescription was missing, this is needed to avoid me having to call an ambulance when having a bad attack. They claimed they hadn't received any prescription. Two hours later they phoned to tell me they had my rescue package waiting for me and had the prescription 3 weeks ago. It seems a bit of a lottery using this pharmacy, most times they seem competent and polite but sometimes they make you feel like you're an unwelcome interruption and they just want you to leave
Wish I could leave a 0* review possibly the worst pharmacy in Liverpool. Attended months ago for a private prescription was lied to and told it was not there when it was and eventually was found. Put in a complaint and heard no response. Fast forward attendef to pick up a repeat prescription to be told it wasn’t ready and would be half hour, left it 24 hours and returned to be greeted by the rude abrupt staff telling me it’s not ready and they have other customers to see to. After continuing to be rude I told them I wanted my script to go elsewhere due to being in agony and obviously reacting due to the circumstances I complain to store manager who actually finds my script done but are now refusing it and barring me for reacting when if there staff bothered to do the job and actually look would be no reaction. Twice now the unprofessional lazy staff have lied about a prescription not being ready or even there when matter of fact it was. Imagine playing god with someone’s medication being the highlight of your day. Avoid like the plague
Take prescription in 4.09pm and told it would be 15-20 minutes. Waited the 20 minutes and returned to be greeted by shutters down and a piece of paper 'sign' stating pharmacy closed 4.30 - 5.00!! So pretty much told by member of staff to return when they'd be closed and to wait a further half hour! Currently sat waiting, along with 7 other people for the pharmacy to open again. Update, now 15 people waiting, it's gone 5pm and still not reopened.
