Wasn’t the best but not the worst. Was only 3 customers including myself when I walked in tonight. Bins in the dining area wasn’t the best first impression walking in and all staff including manager just stood on front counter talking. Can’t attach a picture of the mess but I’m sure it won’t be difficult to see
Ordering machine didn't show us to order 2 of the same drink. We mentioned it to the til operator, who changed the order only to find the hot drink machine wasn't working anyway. They offered a large cold drink instead, although most options were out of stock.
I have just left this place having bought my favourite bacon double cheese XL with cheese and I’m so disappointed at the food and service. How could I be given a highly burnt bacon. It’s freaking cold, burnt and sour. The coke I had was almost warm and had no ice. The cheese had no sprinkle of salt which normally gives it the mature taste. My overall experience with deer was bad and I had to throw it away. This branch can do better.
If i could give the service 0 i would. I understand we went there 15 before closing but the lady working was so rude about it waving her hands about shouting “4 mins until we close” then she shouted again “can never have an early finish” then when she handed us the food ahe slammed it on the counter.
Burger and chips pretty dry and only felt warm, self serve drinks machine was terrible, no ice, no fizz, nice warm flat watery coke. The place was dead but yet all bins were full inside just general staff laziness. children’s play area closed off and just being used as some sort of storage area. Won’t be in a rush to come back here and waste my money.
Literally the slowest fast food EVER! Don't come here if you need to get back to work, you will be parked up for 20 minutes waiting for your order in Bay 1. Tried ordering something simple like cheeseburgers and nuggets, nope still had to park and wait in Bay 1. Ridiculous!!!
Ordered a vegan option to eat before seeing a film, only to find we had been given bacon. We returned it after the film to unapologetic, impolite staff. I accept people get things wrong (they were very busy when the order was placed and the server was clearly multi-tasking), but manners and an apology cost nothing. We won’t be going back - even the haphazard service at the nearby McDonald’s is superior to this.
Ordered a vegan royale meal for my partner, got home and she took a bite to find that it had bits of bacon on it, no idea how it got there but as a vegan any amount of meat is horrific thing to find and to add to it she is very allergic to bacon. Took the meal back to complain and the staff could not have cared less. Asked to speak to the manager but she was apparently doing something more important (could actually see her in the back not doing anything). Asked for a refund and was told that the manager didn't know how! But magically went away after much arguing and came back to give a refund! Incompetent beyond Incompetent.
Hygiene is an absolute joke…..especially during a World Wide Pandemic! Every single table covered in rubbish, old dried up food stuffs and even someone’s old cap! Food wasn’t any better either - see attached photos. Completely burnt, missing ingredients (no bacon or lettuce), totally inedible and nothing like the advertisement at all! Personally, would avoid at all costs - not just so you don’t waste your money, but because your likely to come out dirtier than when you went in!
