Referred by my GP surgery as no available appointments there. Really happy with the service. Thorough consult and health check, diagnosed and prescribed antibiotics quickly and given lots of advice from the pharmacist.
Just want to say, how lovely the staff are, they have been looking after me for years. From the Pharmacists, Nurse, young trainee doctor, Kelly always ready with a smile and encouragement during my weight loss. And the rest of the counter staff who work hard. So greatful and lucky to have a wonderful team in my chemist, Thank you xx
What an amazing team at this pharmacy, everyone is so friendly and helpful. From just picking up my perceptions to going in and asking for advice on something, nothing is too much trouble. I loved the way they followed up on my mum (who is 89yrs old) that she was ok as she was on a new tablet. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.
Walk in Centre stated my throat was inflamed but no infection so to wait for it to get better on its own. Went the chemist for a spray for my throat however they didn't have any in. The pharmacist was so lovely and offered to have a look at my throat for a 2nd opinion to which he found my tonsils really inflamed and pus on the back of them. He then prescribed me antibiotics. The service has been fantastic. Thank you for helping me

My wife and I attended today for booster vaccines we were also given flu jab which we hadnt booked nothing to much trouble pharmacist was engaging reception helpful welcoming we are both recently retired nurses we definitely will recommend your quality service to our friends and family many thanks mackey family
Amazing service. My daughter age 9 was very nervous and a bit tricky but the staff were incredible. There was a big warm welcome, lots of character pictures on the walls, the gentleman administering the vaccine was fantastic and they all made a big fuss of my daughter afterwards and said how brave she was. She left with a big smile, sweets, a sticker, a certificate and a picture to colour in. Can't speak highly enough of our experience. Thank you so much!!!!
Went to my local chemist to have my booster jab. John was very kind and gentle, and offered me a place to lie down as I'm not great with needles! Didn't feel a thing, completely put me at ease. Thank you so much John!
Tried to cancel vaccine appointment via phone and staff member was very rude. I was quizzed on my reasons for doing so and condescended to before being told they didn’t have the ability to do so. I have no issue with them not being to, simply directing me to call 119 in the first instance would have been fine. However did not like being grilled on my personal choices by a person I have never met when I was simply telling them I would not be able to make an appointment.
